Neeti lashes out at Aditya for his negligence after discovering her car was damaged. She demands he take responsibility and repair it immediately, even threatening to ruin his hotel and tarnish his grandmother’s reputation. Claiming she must punish whoever dared to scratch her car, Neeti refuses to hear Aditya out when he tries to show her Preet’s picture. Misunderstanding his intentions, she insists on using his car until hers is fixed and ridicules his hotel’s poor security, calling him unfit to run the business. Aditya, frustrated, blames Preet for the chaos.
Meanwhile, Preet’s uncle is told by the doctor that Sarada’s life depends on getting a critical injection immediately. Preet is on her way from Chandigarh with the medicine. Despite Manpreet’s criticism of Preet’s supposed carelessness, her uncle assures her that Preet would go to any length to save her mother.
At the same time, Aditya vents to the inspector for failing to capture Preet. The inspector tries to reassure him but grows suspicious when Aditya admits that Preet contacted him via video call. Kajol chimes in, calling Preet clever, while Aditya labels her manipulative and orders the inspector to remove the girls from the premises.
Back home, Manpreet complains that Preet hasn’t returned, blaming her for not letting him go instead. He accuses her of selfishness, but Preet arrives just in time with the medicine. The doctor administers the injection, and Sarada regains consciousness, crediting her daughter with saving her life. Sarada expresses gratitude, calling Preet her blessing, while Preet promises she’d do anything for her mother.
Elsewhere, Neeti dreams about Parineet after years, feeling unsettled. The next morning, Preet rests beside her recovering mother, who thanks her again and warns her not to speak about sacrificing herself. Preet insists she can’t live without her.
In another scene, Aditya wakes Nisha, who’s shocked to find she slept at his hotel. She accuses him of having bad intentions, but he gives her a sharp rebuttal, defending his actions.
Later, Preet’s in-laws visit. Manpreet, determined to sabotage the wedding, lies to them, claiming Sarada believes their family is unlucky and refers to them as gold diggers. She begs them not to inform Bebe, fearing she’ll be thrown out. Just then, Bebe arrives and greets them warmly, while Manpreet tries to manipulate the situation by suggesting they’ve suffered ever since the wedding was fixed.
