The episode opens with a girl taking an unconscious Arjun to a house. Inside, she uses a knife to tear down a curtain, revealing a wall covered in photos of her and Arjun. She gazes at Arjun.
Meanwhile, Ranjeeta is trying to calm Megha, who is frantic because Arjun has suddenly disappeared and his phone is off. Megha is scared and doesn’t understand what’s happening. Ranjeeta hugs her, urging her to trust in God and hoping Arjun will call soon. Megha tries calling Arjun again, and this time it rings. When the call connects, the girl who kidnapped Arjun answers.
Megha identifies herself as Arjun’s wife and demands to know Arjun’s whereabouts. The girl, identifying herself as Mukta, claims she didn’t know she was talking to Megha. She reveals that she was Arjun’s girlfriend in the past, but dismisses it as irrelevant. Megha questions why Mukta has Arjun’s phone. Mukta tells Megha that Arjun is with her and is fine, says something cryptic, and then hangs up.
Navjot spots Megha leaving the hospital and tells Sikandar that she’s sure Megha knows where Arjun is. They decide to follow her.
Arjun regains consciousness and is shocked to see Mukta. She’s excited to see him awake. He demands to know what she’s doing there and how he got to the house. Mukta claims she didn’t kidnap him. She says she found him wandering outside the hospital, refusing to go back inside, so she brought him to her house. She asks how she could leave him alone when she loved him. Arjun notices the wall of photos. Mukta tells him to rest and says she’ll get him something to eat before leaving the room. Moments later, Arjun hears Mukta scream. Mukta cries out for Arjun to save her from a fire.
Megha arrives at the house with her parents, followed by Arjun’s parents, the Talwars. Megha tells them that Arjun is inside. Arjun emerges from the house with Mukta. Megha hugs Arjun, asking if he’s okay and how the fire started. Mukta accuses Megha of starting the fire. Megha is shocked and asks what nonsense Mukta is talking about. Mukta asks Megha how she found them. Megha reveals that she spoke to Mukta just moments ago. Mukta tells Arjun that Megha got angry when she found out he was at Mukta’s house, implying that Megha is violent. Megha denies this. Mukta claims Megha threw something on the fire. Megha explains that she threw water on the fire to put it out, thinking it was water. Mukta then shows Arjun a cane and says it’s a cane filled with kerosene.
Megha insists she thought it was water. She asks Arjun if he believes Mukta. Mukta tells Megha not to be jealous and suggests that Megha doesn’t trust her relationship with Arjun. Navjot declares she’s going to send Megha’s family to jail. Megha’s and Arjun’s families start arguing. Arjun tells everyone to stop. He declares that he wants to go home and rest. He tells Mukta to come with him and stay at his house. He takes her with him, leaving Megha stunned, thinking Arjun has changed.
