Shikhar is taken aback when he finds Tamanna in his room. She explains that since his wife is occupied with her friend, she’s the one looking after him. She even brought him lemon juice. Tamanna starts searching for Shikhar and becomes suspicious when she receives a call from Shagun. Realizing she’s down to one tablet, Manvi rushes to give it to him before he remembers anything. In her haste, she collides with Avni, who notices the medicine in her hand.
In an effort to pacify Tamanna, Shikhar presents her with flowers, and as they share a moment, she reveals her feelings. When Avni and Shagun approach, Tamanna quickly hides, and Shikhar, noticing her earring fall to the floor, pretends to have a headache to explain away their awkward encounter.
Just as tension mounts, Manvi plans to slip the medicine into Virat’s drink. Unfortunately, as Avni fetches headache tablets, the medications get swapped by accident. Shikhar later scolds Avni for bringing the wrong medicine, while Manvi persists in her scheme to manipulate Virat against Amruta.
