by swathi reddy

The episode begins with Adrija seeking Ranbir’s reassurance about her ability to walk again. He encourages her, recalling the doctor’s optimistic words and promising to support her throughout her journey. Despite her insistence that she doesn’t want Ranbir by her side, he expresses his guilt over what has happened to her.

Meanwhile, Meghla arrives home, where she faces taunts from both Amarjeet and Zoravar, who label her a bad omen and express concerns for Ranbir’s well-being. Zoravar even suggests he would prefer Adrija as their daughter-in-law, which deeply frustrates Meghla. Later, Meher, Kamla, and Balveer confront Meghla about abandoning Adrija the other day and question why she didn’t persuade Ranbir to stay. Meghla attempts to explain her helplessness but is met with accusations of shifting blame onto Ranbir. She insists that she’s being unfairly criticized and illustrates her support for Adrija’s well-being, which angers Zoravar. As tensions rise, Amarjeet raises his voice at Meghla, leading her to assert that she doesn’t deserve the treatment she’s receiving.

In the hospital, Adrija reflects on her situation, calling herself a bad person, but Ranbir reassures her that she’s not to blame. He promises to stand by her and mentions that Meghla will support her as well, emphasizing Meghla’s sadness over Adrija’s condition. In the meantime, Meghla voices her frustration with her family for blaming her for the accident, reminding them that it is Ranbir who wants to marry her, stating that loving someone shouldn’t be regarded as a sin. Meher counters her by suggesting that Adrija’s feelings for Ranbir also aren’t a sin. When Meghla asks if Ranbir is truly committed to marrying Adrija, her family falls silent.

Facing accusations, Meghla challenges her family to clarify her supposed mistakes, but Meher mocks her, claiming she never makes mistakes. Zoravar openly insults her, prompting Balveer to intervene and advise Meghla to embrace her responsibilities as a daughter-in-law. He emphasizes the need for her to learn from Adrija, who balances her career and personal life successfully. Kamla echoes this sentiment, warning Meghla that her behavior could cause Ranbir to lose interest in her. Meghla, in an attempt to mend her ways, promises to do better.

Back at the hospital, Adrija reassures Ranbir that he isn’t responsible for her accident and urges him to stop blaming himself. Nevertheless, Ranbir remains adamant about his role in her situation and mentions his plans to send her medical reports to a leading doctor abroad, assuring her that she will walk again soon. Just then, a nurse arrives to encourage Adrija to eat, but she declines. Ranbir dismisses the nurse, insisting he will feed Adrija himself.

Meanwhile, Zoravar pressures Meghla to abandon her musical career for the sake of family, reminiscent of Meher’s choices. Shocked, Meghla questions this demand. Both Zoravar and Amarjeet insist they do not want their daughter-in-law performing at concerts. Meghla tries to reason with them, stating that Ranbir has never objected. Meher questions Meghla’s involvement of Ranbir in the discussion, emphasizing that she must respect her family’s decisions. Meghla stands firm, claiming she can’t live without music. When Balveer clarifies they’re not asking her to quit singing altogether, just to refrain from public performances, she defends her desire to learn more about music, asserting that practicing at Anurag’s house is perfectly acceptable. Amarjeet, however, firmly rejects this notion, declaring that Meghla must either accept their decision or return to her father’s house, leaving her stunned.

**Precap:** Ranbir assists Adrija in her attempts to walk, but when she falters and breaks down, Meghla steps in to motivate her. Meanwhile, Meghla feels a pang of sadness as she observes the growing closeness between Ranbir and Adrija.
