The episode begins with Teerth intervening to stop Devika from hitting Rishi, becoming very angry at her for mistreating the little boy. Rishi repeatedly expresses his desire to live only with his mother, while Devika rationalizes her harsh behavior by stating that a child who disobeys elders deserves punishment. Suman observes the confrontation through the window, noting Rishi’s behavior, which mirrors his mother’s words.
As the evening approaches, Rishi is instructed to wear new clothes for the Pooja, but he refuses to comply with his father or grandmother’s requests. Eventually, he reluctantly gets ready for the ceremony.
At the Pooja, both the Mittal family and Suman’s family gather to celebrate. Rishi struggles to control his emotions upon seeing his mother, while Devika is pleased that Suman has not been given a chance to see her son.
Suman asks Teerth to promise that he will prioritize Rishi’s happiness. She expresses her feelings for him, hoping it will persuade him to allow her time with their son.
The following morning, Devika wakes up to a shocking sight: Teerth has brought Suman into the Mittal house as his wife, celebrating her presence. Devika is incredulous, feeling betrayed that Teerth did not seek her permission first. Teerth insists that Suman is not a threat to their home and that Rishi needs his mother’s love and care.
Devika attempts to persuade Teerth against bringing anyone into the Mittal house, assuring him that she will not fulfill his wishes.
To honor Suman in the household, Gitanjali Devi greets her with a bouquet. This makes Devika feel increasingly threatened, and she recalls Suman’s ominous words from her last departure from the house.
Vikram is unsettled by Suman’s return to her ex-husband’s home, and Bhumi expresses her anger towards her sister, claiming Rishi is her own child rather than Suman’s.
Delighted by Suman’s arrival, Rishi runs to her and embraces her, thrilled that she will be living with them from now on. Gitanjali Devi and Chandrakant both bless Suman for her future, with Chandrakant apologizing for past mistakes and the pain Suman endured.
Meanwhile, Guru and Devika conspire together to find a way to remove Suman from the house.
