Meanwhile, Rishi arrives at the hospital with Lakshmi and others, urgently requesting the hospital staff to treat her quickly since she has been trapped in a cold storage room. A doctor checks on Lakshmi and decides to move her to the ICU. Shalu pleads with the doctor to do everything possible to save her. The doctor agrees to take action.
Neelam intervenes, telling Rano and Aanchal to stop arguing and act more maturely. Aanchal and Karishma respond, claiming Neelam doesn’t understand what Rano has been saying, and Neelam comments further on the situation.
Harleen receives a call from Rishi, who informs her that Lakshmi has been admitted to the hospital. Concerned, Harleen and the others hurry to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Neel tries to calm an agitated Anushka by suggesting she have some tea, but she refuses. He asks her what she truly wants, and she reveals her desire for Ayush and Shalu to be separated.
Malishka ends the episode by praying and hoping that Lakshmi will die soon.
