Adit and his family hold a Shanti Pooja for Sudesh, during which Sowmya grows anxious about arranging the remaining ₹15 lakhs to pay off Suresh, who had blackmailed her by claiming her message led to Sudesh’s death. Recalling how Suresh demanded ₹25 lakhs to stay silent, Sowmya panics over her limited funds.
During the pooja, the ceremonial lamp repeatedly extinguishes, and the pandit suggests Sudesh’s favorite person is missing. Meanwhile, Mangal performs her own pooja for Sudesh, which is positively received, and she takes it as a sign of his blessing.
Back at home, Kusum removes her jewelry, saying she no longer wants it. Seeing this, Sowmya plots to steal it. She tricks Ishana into leaving the room, finds the key, and steals Kusum’s bangles to sell.
Coincidentally, Mangal arrives at the gold shop to find the Startup Sultan office just as Sowmya is finalizing the sale. Mangal recognizes the bangles as Kusum’s, but Sowmya flees in a panic.
Later, Mangal confronts her. Sowmya lies, saying she came to repair the bangles with Adit’s permission. When Mangal demands proof, Sowmya challenges her to call Adit—knowing he won’t answer. Mangal stands her ground, warning Sowmya not to harm the people she loves or face the consequences.
