The episode begins with a lively discussion among family members as Bablu expresses his hope that Aniruddh will soon finalize his divorce from Arshi and marry Jhanak. He notes that Arshi has left the house, which he believes makes the divorce process easier. Mrinalini, excited about the prospects, announces that they are ready to start preparations for the wedding. Jhanak, however, is curious about whether Arshi’s departure is indeed a final decision. Aniruddh reassures her, stating firmly that he will not change his mind; he refuses to live with Arshi, even if she were to reconsider her stance. Bablu chimes in, affirming that Arshi is indeed ready for the divorce, which is why she left.

As the conversation shifts, Jhanak asks what they will be drinking. Aniruddh playfully advises against juice, claiming it’s healthy but not tasty. Jhanak then mentions that she has prepared upma, which Bablu eagerly declares is his favorite dish. Anjana, proud of her culinary skills, states that she taught Jhanak how to make it, leading Bablu to tease that the student has now surpassed the teacher. Anjana offers to help Jhanak in the kitchen, but Jhanak insists she has already prepared everything and encourages Anjana to take a rest.

Mrinalini, ever practical, reminds Jhanak to pack her luggage as well. Aniruddh, concerned about the dynamics at home, asks if everyone has given their permission for this arrangement. Bablu reassures him, saying he has already spoken to everyone and that no one will insult Jhanak in the Bose household again. Mrinalini encourages Jhanak to stand up against any wrongdoing, emphasizing the importance of not tolerating disrespect.

Meanwhile, Apu is seen reading a heartfelt letter that Kajol wrote for her. The emotional weight of the letter resonates with Apu, who decides she won’t go to the hospital today, insisting that she’ll be fine until tomorrow. Apu expresses a desire to meet Jhanak, revealing her deep connection to her. Kajol, worried about Apu’s well-being, urges her not to speak of dying, as she considers Apu a special person in her life.

In a light-hearted moment, Jimli comments on how she used to be Kajol’s favorite, but now Apu has taken that spot. Kajol explains how pure Apu’s heart is, while Lalon acknowledges that Kajol has given everything to Apu. As Lalon prepares to leave for work, Apu tells him to go but expresses her wish for Kajol to stay. Lalon reassures Apu that his love for Kajol strengthens her, and the two share a warm moment.

Later, Aniruddh arrives home with Jhanak, where Mimi greets her with enthusiasm, wrapping her in a warm hug. However, Aniruddh quickly addresses his parents, stating that he didn’t want to bring Jhanak there out of fear they might insult her in his absence. He demands clarity regarding their stance on Jhanak’s presence. Shubhankar, Aniruddh’s father, reminds him that Arshi is still his wife, but Aniruddh counters that Jhanak is not there as his wife; he believes there is a time for marriage.

Amitabh, Aniruddh’s father, expresses his support for Jhanak, stating that she will bring happiness to Aniruddh’s life and is the best choice for him. He gives his blessing for their marriage, and Jhanak gratefully accepts his blessings. Aniruddh then turns to Arundhati, his mother, asking if she has anything to say. She responds that her opinions may not matter, but ultimately it’s Aniruddh’s life, and he must make his own decisions. However, she makes it clear that she will not accept Jhanak into the family.

Bablu encourages Aniruddh to set a date for both his divorce and his marriage. Anjana adds that Jhanak will bring positive changes to their home and Aniruddh’s life. Jhanak seeks blessings from both Aniruddh and Anjana, solidifying her place in their family.

Aniruddh presses his parents, asking if they truly won’t accept his marriage to Jhanak. Tanuja, his mother, states that they will only accept it for Aniruddh’s sake. Choton, another family member, points out that both Arshi and Aniruddh have chosen their respective paths. Aniruddh insists that the marriage will happen regardless of the circumstances. Shubhankar questions why Aniruddh needs his parents’ approval when he has so many supporters. Amitabh offers to speak to the priest about setting a marriage date, but Tanuja raises a concern: what if the divorce isn’t finalized before the wedding?

Aniruddh assures her that he will talk to Arshi about it. Tanuja, however, blames Jhanak for Arshi’s departure, to which Jhanak defensively replies that she is not responsible for Arshi’s decisions. Aniruddh stands up for Jhanak, stating that he will leave the house if they continue to treat her disrespectfully. Tanuja accuses him of blackmailing them, but Aniruddh firmly states he will not tolerate any insults directed at Jhanak.

Laal, a family friend, observes the tension but chooses to remain neutral, wishing Aniruddh and Jhanak the best. Aniruddh then confronts Bipasha, reminding her that he won’t seek revenge on her despite her past betrayals. Bipasha, defensive, claims she acted for Aniruddh’s well-being, but he dismissively tells her to focus on her own life. Rimi, another family member, declares she won’t accept Jhanak as her sister-in-law, prompting Aniruddh to assert that Rimi will not receive respect from Jhanak.

In a moment of camaraderie, Aniruddh advises Jhanak not to worry about cooking and to relax in the house, reminding her to show kindness only to those who reciprocate it. Jhanak looks at Aniruddh, her expression a mix of gratitude and determination.

**Precap:** The episode ends with Arshi speaking to her lawyer, expressing her desire for freedom from her marriage. Siddharth, her confidant, ominously suggests that while the divorce will happen, they should ensure Aniruddh suffers first. Meanwhile, Aniruddh tells Jhanak that he feels he has finally found his happiness and peace, setting the stage for the emotional turmoil yet to come.
