The episode opens with a tense atmosphere as Alka lies to Manoj, claiming that she informed Megha and Aruna before heading to the temple. Just moments earlier, in a separate scene, Arjun confronts Alka, revealing the elaborate scheme he has orchestrated over the past eight years. He tells her that he has meticulously planned every detail, but Alka dismisses his efforts, insisting that it’s futile since the doctor has arrived and cannot be kept in the dark about Manu’s condition. Alka’s voice trembles with urgency as she warns Arjun that both he and Megha could jeopardize Manu’s life today.

Arjun, seemingly unfazed, reminds Alka that she hasn’t seen her father in a long time. He then plays a recording of Ghooran, revealing that he has kidnapped him. Alka’s face pales in shock as she processes this revelation. Arjun, with a hint of betrayal in his voice, tells Alka that he treated her like a sister, but she chose a different path. He ominously declares that he will keep a close watch on her, leaving Alka feeling cornered.

In the present, Aruna speaks to Manoj, confirming that she sent Alka to the temple. Alka, sensing the tension, questions Manoj about his suspicions when Manu’s life hangs in the balance. Manoj, with a furrowed brow, asks what the doctor has said. The doctor, stepping forward, explains that he has motivated himself to perform the surgery. Alka, filled with urgency, asks if they can begin the operation immediately. The doctor assures her that he is ready, but Manoj warns everyone not to act recklessly in this critical moment.

Meanwhile, Arjun confides in Megha, expressing his belief that everything he has planned over the last eight years will finally come to fruition. Megha, with a hopeful heart, prays for Manu’s recovery, her faith unwavering.

As the scene shifts back to the hospital, the doctor prepares to begin the surgery. He reassures Manu and Manoj, explaining the procedure in simple terms. Megha, standing by Manu’s side, comforts him, promising that he will be fine soon. However, memories of Manoj mistreating her flood Manu’s mind, causing him to panic. He suddenly bolts from the room, and Megha chases after him, concern etched on her face.

When she catches up to Manu, he expresses his fears about receiving bone marrow from Manoj. He worries that he might turn out like him, filled with resentment and bitterness. Instead, he confesses that he wants to emulate Megha and Arjun, who embody kindness and strength. Megha, determined to reassure him, insists that nothing like that will happen.

Arjun joins the conversation, holding a handful of soil. He uses it as a metaphor, explaining that just like soil can transform into anything, so can people. He assures Manu that they will not allow him to become like Manoj. He emphasizes that their child will inherit the best traits from both Megha and Arjun. To symbolize this promise, Megha takes some soil, wraps it in a piece of cloth, and ties it around Manu’s wrist. She tells him that he will decide his own path, not the circumstances surrounding him. Overwhelmed by their support, Manu hugs both Megha and Arjun tightly, finding solace in their words. Megha reassures him that everything will be alright, while Arjun reminds him that this is just the final phase of his journey.

As the surgery begins, the atmosphere is filled with mixed emotions. Later, the doctor emerges from the operating room, announcing that the surgery was successful and that Manu will be back to normal by the next day. Megha and Arjun are overcome with emotion, tears of relief streaming down their faces as the title song plays softly in the background. In a corner, Alka contemplates the weight of her secret, deciding she must reveal the truth to Manoj, but not without keeping Arjun in the dark.

The following day, the doctor informs Manoj that he is leaving a painkiller injection for him to administer to Manu. Just then, Megha arrives with Manu, who is recovering well. Aruna, eager to help, offers to take Manu to the hospital, suggesting that Megha accompany them. However, Manoj interrupts, insisting that he will take Manu camping instead. He tells Aruna to visit the temple alone, a decision that raises eyebrows among the family.

As time passes, Megha confides in Arjun, expressing her concern that Alka will not remain silent for long. Arjun reveals that he has taken precautions, placing an audio mic on Alka’s head to monitor her actions. Meanwhile, Alka wrestles with her conscience, feeling the pressure of her secret. In a moment of desperation, she writes a letter to Manoj, slipping it into his jacket pocket, hoping it will convey her truth.

Just as Manoj prepares to read the letter, the lights suddenly go out, plunging the room into darkness. Confused and startled, he stumbles and falls, noticing chairs and swings moving ominously around him. Fear grips him as he sees Arjun lurking in the shadows, holding a rope, ready to enact his plan.

The episode concludes.
