The episode opens with Gaurav expressing deep concern about the fate of Anjali’s baby. Raghav, consumed by grief and anger, declares that he wishes to never see the baby’s face and insists that the child will not be welcome in their home. He feels that if the baby dies, it would be for the best, and if the baby survives, he wants her placed in an orphanage. Raghav believes that with the loss of his son, he has also lost Anjali, Ganesh, Sapna, and the baby, leading him to break down in tears. Gaurav attempts to console him, but Raghav remains engulfed in his sorrow.
Meanwhile, a goon working for Yuvraj approaches a nurse at the hospital, posing as the baby’s uncle. He inquires about Anjali’s baby, and the nurse, under pressure, lies and tells him that the baby has died. The goon then contacts Yuvraj, relaying the news that the baby is no longer alive. Yuvraj, filled with a sense of triumph, believes he has successfully delivered a harsh lesson to Advocate Anjali Awasthi.
In a different part of the hospital, Ganesh expresses his gratitude to the nurse for her role in saving the baby. He pleads with her to keep the baby’s survival a secret, and the nurse agrees to do so. Afterward, Ganesh instructs Sapna to leave the hospital with the baby and warns her not to reveal that she is alive. When Sapna questions him about why they must be so secretive, Ganesh explains that Chandrabhan and his son pose a grave threat to the baby, referring to them as demons. Understanding the urgency, Sapna leaves the hospital with the baby in her arms.
Ganesh then approaches Raghav, folding his hands in a gesture of humility and respect. However, Raghav, haunted by the memory of Aman’s lifeless face, reacts with anger, raising his hand as if to strike. Ganesh, sensing the tension, stops him. Raghav accuses Ganesh’s daughter, Anjali, of being responsible for his son’s death and holds the entire family accountable for his loss. In a moment of despair, he curses that Anjali will never recover from this tragedy.
At that moment, the hospital staff brings Aman’s body on a stretcher, prompting Ganesh to recall cherished memories with Aman. He attempts to approach the stretcher, but Abhay and Vaibhav intervene, forcibly throwing him out of the area. Ganesh falls to the ground, and despite the nurse’s attempts to help him, Abhay angrily warns Ganesh to stay away, threatening dire consequences if he ever shows his face again. With a heavy heart, Ganesh quietly exits the hospital.
The Rajput family then takes Aman’s body from the hospital, and a montage unfolds, showcasing the poignant moments from Aman and Anjali’s past. Their love story, once filled with joy, is now overshadowed by the devastation caused by Yuvraj’s malicious actions.
