Meanwhile, tensions rise at home as Tarun confronts Anupama, accusing her of stealing money. His accusations escalate as he claims that she has also stolen gold and silver while Manohar is away. Anupama, taken aback by the accusations, attempts to defend herself. She urges Tarun to accompany her to the hospital to inform the doctors about Manohar’s medical history, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. However, Tarun’s anger intensifies as he blames Anupama for hiding the property papers. Anupama insists that they need to focus on saving Manohar’s life, but Tarun shockingly retorts that perhaps Manohar should die. This statement leaves Anupama stunned and heartbroken. Without wasting another moment, she grabs Manohar’s medicine and rushes to the hospital. As she tries to leave, Tarun attempts to stop her by grabbing her hand, but Anupama gives him a fierce glare, filled with determination. Tarun, frustrated and angry, watches her go.
At the same time, Rahi confides in Prem about her concerns for Manohar, expressing her frustration that he is not answering her calls. She reveals her desire to learn dance from him, but when Prem suggests she go to Mumbai to pursue her dream, Rahi refuses. When pressed for a reason, she remains silent, leading to a heated argument between them.
Back at home, Hasmuk searches for some money, but Kinjal informs him and Leela that Paritosh may have taken it. Overwhelmed with emotion, Kinjal breaks down in tears. Leela steps in to console her, while Hasmuk reflects on the situation, stating that it’s a relief Anupama isn’t around to witness the chaos.
At the hospital, Anupama arrives breathless, handing the medicine to the doctor. Paritosh wonders how the Kotharis managed to find out about his financial troubles. As he contemplates this, a LIC agent accidentally bumps into him and inquires about Anupama. Upon learning that her LIC policy has matured, Paritosh seizes the opportunity, claiming to be her son, and takes the agent to their house.
Back at the scene of the arrest, Anupama desperately tries to explain to the inspector that she is not a thief. However, Tarun insists that she needs to be taught a lesson for her supposed crimes. Anupama maintains her innocence, claiming the accusations are unfounded. The inspector then reveals a video that shocks Anupama, leaving her speechless.
