Katha Ankahee 4th January 2023 Written Episode Update
Viaan tells Katha that he met Amrita. She abruptly asks permission to leave, she will make changes in the designs. Viaan watches her leave and wonders what she did with the 1 crore as she has the same bag, the old phone, same old clothes.
Katha enters Viaan’s room to find him sleeping with the scrapbook in his hand. Falcony sits beside him, told that he slept waiting for Katha. Katha blames herself, she promised to draw new dreams in his scrapbook but has been caught up in work since. Falcony distresses Katha by reminding her that she has increased Ara’ live, so a one night out doesn’t count as she will have plenty more to spend with him. Falcony leaves. Katha takes the scrapbook and kisses him on the forehead. The doctor enter questioning her for being late. He knows about it since an eight-year-old Arav gave him a life lesson during his checkup. Arav is brave and strong, but medicines have adverse impact on the body. He requests Katha to take break from work and spend ample of her time with Arav to speed his recovery. Katha assures to take time out; she will talk to her boss.
Next morning, Viaan enters the conference room speaking to Katha and others. He wants members to dedicate their time to the project. As Rewa is leaving Katha must plan accordingly, Rewa’s absence must not affect the project. Katha assures to manage. Ashan smirks at her confidence. Viaan asks Katha’s final deadline for auditorium designs. Katha can take maximum 7 Days. Ashan asks for the minimum. Viaan giver her 2 days, they can not push the client. He motivates everyone to push themselves take the risk to complete the project. Ashan questions. Viaan will work 18 hours a day with the employees how will give their 16 hours a day because the project is very critical for company. Viaan made a commitment to Abadli, he will not quit. People standing it each other in their toughest time know each other better. This work is difficult but not impossible because they have to do it. Katha speaks as it is impossible to do in 60 hours but will try because the Boss said so. Viaan leave appreciating everyone. Ashan asks Katha not to burn herself out, Viaan is ambitious, and he will put himself out for this project more than anyone else. Katha doesn’t know Viaan. Katha stand up saying that Viaan doesn’t know Katha, she will have the work done.
Katha enters her office. She receives a call from Falcony confirming if she will come as she as to leave. Katha couldn’t respond. Falcony questions her. Katha informs her about Viaan pushing everyone to do extra work. She asks Falcony to leave, Katha will talk to her boss, or leave without informing him. Falcony reminds her not to leave without informing, just like one can does not leave without informing house members. Falcony needed a day off to make Katha her favorite treat but today she will not be able to do so because of Arav. Katha will never take Falcony for granted. She will complete her work in 2 days and show herself to everyone and Viaan.
Ashan questions Viaan for making deadline strict for Katha, asks if he wants her to leave again. Katha is given a job; he didn’t sell his office to her. Abdali gave the deadline, not him. Ashan already made the deadline, Viaan tightening them up with every passing day. He is running like a cheetah which is not required. Viaan can not afford nay delays in this project. Ashan is frustrated. Viaan asks Ashan to let him do what he wants. Ashan requests Viaan to free Katha, she is already overloaded with work. Viaan questions, its not the first he is putting pressure on an employee, how is Katha any different. He wonders if Ashan likes Katha. Ashan isn’t sure, but maybe he does. Viaan tries to explain to Ashan that he doesn’t not even know Katha yet. Ashan counter question Viaan for knowing her. Ashan cannot explain his feeling to Viaan but assures him that his behavior towards Katha is not right.
A nurse comes to check Arav, as he rests on his bed while Katha complete her office work. Exhausted from work, Katha rests her head on the coffee table and sleeps. A 3 am alarm wakes her up, she plans to work for next two hours so she could free herself for Arav in the morning.
Katha plays scrabble with Arav.
Arav works endlessly in the office. Jeetu comes to her with food. He forces her to eat it now.
Katha makes time to be present at Arav’s checkup. They remove his oxygen.
Ashan shows Katha about the water supply expenditure needed on this project. Ashan jokes to serve Adali with water next time. Katha and Ashan laughs, Viaan enters the office with coffee in his hand. He notices them sharing a laugh. He offers Katha coffee; she refuses to have it. Ashan leaves the office as he got a call. Viaan approaches Katha, she informs him about the update on project designs. Viaan wants Katha to tell him something, but Ashan enters the office, and they stop.
Katha informs Viaan that after 60 hours of hard work they have completed the work, none of the team members have slept all night. She hands him folder with the all the designs. Viaan wants to ask something. Katha refuse to answer anything related to that night as they agreed not to. Viaan asks why Katha didn’t take 1 crore from pyramid,
PRECAP: Neerja tells Arav about a plan to celebrate his surgery. Arav asks Katha to come home early. A colleague informs Katha about office party. Viaan tell Katha that he does not discuss social life, it’s a client dinner and the clients must meet the project head. He asks if Katha has some personal commitments. At the dinner, Katha texts Falcony that she will reach as soon as possible. Katha excuse her self from the table, Viaan asks where she is headed.
