Vinay, taken aback by the situation, expresses confusion, wondering why Rishabh is pretending to be Bhagyashree’s husband if she did not marry him. She turns to Karthik, stating that Bhagyashree has once again made fools of them all.
Mukul continues to mock Rishabh and his family, challenging them to explain how Bhagyashree’s husband appeared so suddenly. He goes as far as to criticize Bhagyashree’s upbringing, which leads to Vinay collapsing from the stress of the confrontation. In response to Mukul’s insults, Rishabh slaps him, defending Bhagyashree’s honor.
Mukul demands to see the marriage certificate, and Sowmya agrees to this request. However, Rishabh, sensing that something is amiss, uncovers Mukul’s personal vendetta against Bhagyashree. As Vinay emerges from his room, Bhagyashree invites him for a walk, but he declines. Karthik compliments Padma on her appearance in track pants and a shirt, which surprises Vinay. Eventually, he agrees to join them.

He introduces himself as Bhagyashree’s husband, explaining that he works on a ship and has just returned to win over her family. He shares that Mukul Chadda has been causing trouble and sowing doubts in her parents’ minds. The ladies express their support for Rishabh, insisting that he does not need to show any certificate.
Later, as Bhagyashree prepares for a family dinner, Rishabh compliments her appearance and suggests she wear a black bindi for protection against the evil eye. Vinay and Padma observe them, and Karthik informs them that Sowmya is unwell and will not be joining. Padma considers canceling the dinner plans, but Sowmya insists that they should proceed.
After sending the family off, Sowmya contemplates the truth that Bhagyashree might be hiding.
In the upcoming society meeting, Chadda’s group presents documents indicating that Bhagyashree submitted proof of being single when she first moved into the apartment, leaving Vinay in shock at the unfolding drama.
