Virat tells Vinayak that he got a surprise for him and shows him London tickets. Vinayak asks why London tickets. Virat says they will enjoy and travel a lot there and he has even found a doctor for him there. Pakhi offers him modak and asks if he liked his favorite modaks. Vinayak refuses to eat recalling Savi serving him Sai’s prepared modak. Pakhi says he shouldn’t deny Bappa’s prasad and offers one to even Virat. She looks at Virat seeing his excitement to visit London. Virat asks what is she thinking. Pakhi says she prays god that her wish is fulfilled. Virat says even he prays god to fulfill her wish.
Ashwini notices Pakhi pampering Virat and tells Ninad that they are lucky to have Pakhi as their bahu/DIL. She continues praising Pakhi and says its good that Virat and Pakhi are taking Vinayak to London for treatment. Nindad says even now he supports calling Sai for Vinayak’s treatment as a known person is better than any unknown person or places.
Ashwini curses Sai and says her reentry in their lives will separate Virat and Pakhi and ruin their family’s peace. Sai gets out of the cab and walks into the hospital. Ninad suggests her to keep her ego aside and think about Vinayak. Ashwini continues cursing Sai and says she made her life’s biggest mistake of considering Sai as her daughter-in-law and will never forgive Sai for making Virat’s life a hell and doesn’t want Sai back in their lives. Ninad says even then. Ashwini pleads him to stop taking Sai’s name again in front of her. Sai passes by just then and stops seeing them.
At Chavan nivas, Mohit speaks to client and promises that Pakhi will attend meeting. Omkar says clients will not trust new supplier, hence Bhavani should let him handle the business. Bhavani supports Pakhi as usual and rejects his request. Omkar says business is not women’s cup of tea as women go take care of family, children, and their house whole day. Harini hears him and tongue lashes hhim for degrading women. Sonali says Omkar respects women a lot, he never disobeys Bhavani’s orders; all women in this house are respected and they all work in their own ways.
Harini asks if she thinks respecting just one senior woman and degrading the remaining woman is progressive thinking, then she is wrong; women can not only bear children and take care house, she can also handle business better; she is sure Pakhi is a better businesswoman. Shivani says its good to hear Pakhi’s praise from her mouth. Harini says she is following Sai and is sure Sai would have also supported her thinking. Bhavani yells not to take Sai’s name in their house. Harini says they are too stubborn and don’t want to accept the fact that only Sai can cure Vinayak as he is the best doctor.
Sai gets emotional seeing Ashwini and Ninad and recalls her bonding with Ashwini. She touches Ninad’s feet calling him baba and then Ashwini’s calling her aayi/mother. Ashwini stops her and warns to dare not call her aayi. Sai asks if they are not happy seeing her alive. Ashwini says they got a news long ago and are not happy with it. Sai says she couldn’t imagine life would make her see them again.
Ashwini shouts again not to call her aayi. Sai says she is extremely happy seeing them. Ashwini shouts she left them to suffer even after they pleaded her to stay back, she is sure Sai is happy thinking of ruining their lives again. She says its good her mother died after giving her birth or else she would have been ashamed of herself for giving birth to such an evil girl. Sai says she came here for Vinayak.
Virat walks out and asks who is shouting here and gets angry seeing Sai. He shouts who called her here. Pakhi enters and says she called Sai here. Ashwini asks why did she lie that she went to some other village and instead went to Kankavli. Virat shouts why did she call Sai when they are taking Vinayak to London. Pakhi says only Sai can treat Vinayak as Vinayak is going through mental blockage.
She describes how she meet Sai and convinced her to treat Vinayak. She goes into flashback where she tells Sai that Virat had completely broken down after she left him and was waiting for his death, she should treat Vinayak at least for Virat’s sake. Out of flashback, she tells Virat that Sai didn’t want to come because of Virat’s arrogance and adamancy, but she somehow changed her mind and came here; she is very happy that Sai will cure Vinayak for sure.
Precap: Virat takes Pakhi to a jewelry store. Sai comes there to sell her ring. Virat seeing her gifts a costly necklace to Pakhi. Sai leaves her ring saying its of no value now. Pakhi picks it.
