Lakshmi prays for help while trapped. Meanwhile, Shilpa answers Rishi’s call and decides to deceive him. She lies about Shalu’s condition, pretending to be a nurse and giving him a fake ward number. Coincidentally, Rishi is nearby and checks—only to find no Shalu. Realizing he’s been lied to, he confronts her, but Shilpa abruptly disconnects the call.
Determined to uncover the truth, Rishi starts searching for the hidden basement. Lakshmi sees him and feels a glimmer of hope. Ayush soon joins Rishi, and they discuss Shalu’s disappearance. Elsewhere, Sudha informs Daima about Lakshmi’s defiance, enraging her further. Daima, consumed by fury, decides to kill Lakshmi and abort her child.
Shilpa warns Daima and Sudha that Shalu has tricked them and is searching for Lakshmi in the basement. Daima scolds Sudha and sends her away, while Sudha plots to manipulate Rano. Shilpa informs Daima that Rishi may soon reach them, prompting Daima to speed up her plan. Balwinder instructs Manoj to mislead Rishi. Manoj spots Rishi and Ayush and successfully diverts them.
Daima attacks Lakshmi and captures her. As Lakshmi cries out, Daima mocks her and drags her away. Shilpa gloats that no one can save Lakshmi or Shalu and vows Lakshmi will lose her baby and her life. Meanwhile, Kiran calls Malishka, urging her to drop her dangerous plan. Malishka refuses, determined to seal Lakshmi’s fate herself.
Shalu regains consciousness and learns of Daima’s plan. She bravely bites Shilpa, overpowers her, and escapes after tying her up. As she searches for Lakshmi in the basement, Balwinder captures her again. Shalu cries for help, while Daima calls Balwinder to bring him to the ward where she’s holding Lakshmi.
Just as hope dwindles, Rano arrives and helps Shalu. The two share a tearful hug, and Rano urges her to stay strong. Meanwhile, Rishi confronts Manoj and exposes his lies. As Balwinder and Suresh attempt to restrain Lakshmi, she fiercely fights back. Daima acknowledges her strength, but Lakshmi declares she will channel the spirit of Durga to protect her unborn child at any cost.
