The episode opens with Karishma observing Shalu as she decorates the house. Karishma tells Shalu to get ready, insisting that she shouldn’t make others feel like they’re working for her engagement day. At the same time, Malishka is on the phone with Balwinder, expressing her anxiety over Lakshmi’s growing suspicions. Malishka inquires if Balwinder signed any documents during their recent meeting, to which he confirms that he did sign one. Her anxiety grows as she scans the area, not spotting Lakshmi, and voices her concern to Balwinder that Lakshmi might expose her. Balwinder shares her worry.

Shalu asks Karishma if she’s upset, but Karishma responds that Shalu’s tendency to talk back irritates her. Just then, Neelam enters and questions Shalu about her lack of readiness. Karishma echoes Neelam’s concern, and shortly after, Rano arrives with a makeup artist to help Shalu get ready. They step outside together. After they leave, Karishma tells Neelam that she believes Shalu is unlucky. Neelam advises her to avoid such negative thoughts, but Karishma remains unsettled, feeling that Neelam always favors Shalu.

Malishka notices Lakshmi leaving the hospital and, in a panic, calls Balwinder, urging him to keep Lakshmi from checking the register. When Lakshmi reaches the reception and claims to be a doctor, intent on looking at the visitors’ book, Malishka waits anxiously for Balwinder to intervene.

Meanwhile, the makeup artist completes Shalu’s look, and Rano compliments her beauty, inquiring about Lakshmi. Shalu mentions that Lakshmi has gone out and asks Rano to give her a call, but Rano finds no signal on her phone. After briefly stepping away for a snack, Rano leaves Shalu with the makeup artist, who assures her everything is perfect. However, Shalu starts to fret over Lakshmi’s absence.

Ayush enters and notices Shalu, telling her she looks amazing. He playfully teases her, and they share a tender moment as he hugs her, encouraging her to be bold rather than shy. Shalu reveals that she had wanted to confess her feelings to him earlier but hesitated. Ayush admits he thought he might not be her type, leading to a shared sense of relief and happiness between them.

At the hospital, Balwinder pretends to have a seizure, causing Lakshmi to rush to get water. Seizing the opportunity, Malishka sneaks in, tears a page from the register, and escapes. When Lakshmi returns, both Balwinder and the crucial evidence are gone, leaving her in shock.

Back at home, Karishma is irate with the workers. Aanchal inquires about her anger, and Karishma voices her fears about Shalu bringing trouble to the family. Aanchal reassures her to think positively. As they begin to welcome the guests, Anushka overhears their conversation and smirks, plotting to stir up more trouble.

Rishi finds Ayush and Shalu and remarks that opposites attract, sharing that he feels complete with Lakshmi and believes Ayush and Shalu will feel similarly. He asks Shalu about Lakshmi, and upon learning she is outside, decides to call for her. Rano approaches Ayush, questioning his lingering presence, to which he conjures up an excuse before leaving. Shalu informs Rano that Ayush appears happy, and Rano offers a prayer that their happiness won’t attract any misfortune.

Meanwhile, Anushka avoids Neelam while Malishka warns Balwinder not to leave the hospital until Lakshmi departs. With Lakshmi lingering in her doubts regarding Malishka, she sees hospital staff heading to review the CCTV footage to identify who tore the register page.

The episode concludes with a tense atmosphere and escalating suspense.
