Meanwhile, Balwinder arrives at the cold storage with a welding machine, following Malishka’s orders to weld the door shut. Ayush questions Shalu about her suspicions, and she explains that the nurse reported being knocked out while heading to the basement cold storage, which raises her concerns that Lakshmi might be trapped inside. Ayush agrees with her assessment, and they quickly make their way to the basement.
After Balwinder finishes welding the cold storage door, he leaves, and Malishka instructs Lakshmi to rest inside. Just as she begins to exit, she freezes upon hearing footsteps approaching and quickly finds a hiding spot. Ayush, Shalu, and Rishi arrive at the basement, immediately noticing the newly welded cold storage door. Rishi, sensing something is wrong, feels certain that Lakshmi is inside. They start banging on the door and discover that the temperature inside has been deliberately lowered.
Ayush retrieves a cutter, and Rishi begins to cut through the welded door. Malishka makes an attempt to stop them, insisting that they shouldn’t break it down, but Rishi is adamant that Lakshmi is inside. After some effort, he finally manages to break the door open, revealing Lakshmi unconscious inside.
In a separate scene, Rano confronts Dadi, claiming that Anushka caused a disruption by halting the engagement and that Lakshmi is now missing. She criticizes them for choosing Anushka without conducting a proper background check. Dadi defends the decision, arguing that Anushka is the daughter of Karishma’s friend, which is why no further investigation was done.
