Sai comforts crying Savi and make her asleep. She notices Savi having fever and cries feeling sorry for Savi. She applies cold compresses on Savi’s forehead. Sai murmurs Vinayak and Virat’s names in sleep. Vinayak misses Savi and calls her, gets sad when she doesn’t pick it. He walks to living room. Ninad say she will feed dinner to Vinayak today. Vinayak walks away silently.
Bhavani says he looks lost since he returned from Kankauli. Vinayak walks to Harini’s room and requests her to print a photo for him. She asks him to connect his mobile to her laptop. He thanks her and prints Sai, Savi, and his photo while Harini is lost in here tab as usual. He thinks when will he meet Savi and Sai again. Virat warns Pakhi not to take Sai’s name again.
Vinayak frames the photo. Sonali calls him for dinner. Vinayak says he is making and Savi and doctor aunty’s photoframe. Harini goes out to get water. Bhavani asks her to have dinner with family. Harini refuses. Virat requests her to have dinner with him once like she used to. She agrees. Vinayak fixes photoframe with family photoframes and joins family for dinner.
Harini notices photo and says its Sai mami/auty’s photo. Bhavani shouts what rubbish. Harini asks her to look at the photo first. Whlole family watches the photo and stand shocked. Bhavani questions Vinayak who says she is his doctor Dr Sai. Virat and Pakhi look at each other’s face. Vinayak asks Harini why did she call Dr aunty as Sai mami, does she know her. Virat says Harini is mistaken and sends Vinayak to his room.
Virat thinks Sai will not leave him in peace. Ashwini asks Virat if Sai is alive. Virat says yes. Bhavani asks if he met Vinayak. Virat says no. Bhavani as usual accuses Sai that a woman who snatched her grandson is alive, but not her grandson. Omkar asks Mohit why didn’t he inform about Sai being alive. Chavans continue to accuse Sai. Ashwini asks Virat if Savi is Sai’s daughter. Virat says yes. Ashwini asks who is Savi’s father. Virat says he doesn’t felt important to know. Ashwini curses Sai that she considered Sai as her daughter, but Sai didn’t and never revealed she was alive; she hates her, etc., and breaks photoframe.
Sai sees Jagtap at her home and angrily asks why did he come there. Usha says she called Jagtap as Savi was murmuring his name in sleep. Jagtap cheers up Savi and takes her out. Sai shouts where is he taking her. Usha asks her not to worry and let him take Savi.
Pakhi comforts Ashwini and tells her that Sai is Vinayak and Virat’s doctor. Bhavani and whole family curse Sai that she became doctor and lived on their favors and is not a human, etc. Virat says Sai is dead to them and nobody will take her name from hereon. Ashwini and Bhavani continue to curse Sai to their core.

Savi gifts same rose to Vinayak. Vinayak gifts that rose to Virat and asks him to gift it to Pakhi for her birthday.
