Bhosales get ready to visit Swati’s house for holika dahan ritual. Anvi doesn’t get ready and says she wants to stay at home and study. Mukul smirks. Ishaan says that is good and says he will help her solve papers after returning home. Shikha says even Savi is not accompanying them as she is not invited. Ishaan asks why. Surekha says Swati felt Savi would create unnecessary issues at the function and hence didn’t invite her. Ishaan says he should have informed Swati when she invited husband, she should invite even wife. Reeva reaches there and listens to their conversation. Savi walks to them and tells Ishaan that she herself doesn’t want to go.
Durva taunts Savi that poor Savi won’t be able to wear Ishaan’s bought sari. Ishaan asks why is she talking about sari now. Durva says she wanted to show uncultured Savi her place, some people act self-respectable but then enjoy their husband’s money. She reveals that she had called boutique and confirmed that Ishaan had paid Savi’s sari’s remaining 6000 rs. Savi feels humiliated and walks away from there. Ishaan scolds Reeva for stooping low always and walks behind Savi. Surekha says drama started now. Durva grins. Reeva leaves.
Ishaan walks to Savi. Savi says she had clearly warned him that she will buy whatever she can afford, but he always wants to show his greatness and make her feel low. Ishaan says just like she got panchmukhi Ganapati idol for Surekha as she cared for her feelings, he got a sari similar to the ones her mother used to wear as he cares for her feelings; if she does something, she is right, but when he does something, he is always wrong; why she is so hypocritic. He says she can do whatever she wants to with the sari, but he wants her to accompany him to Reeva’s house as he can’t left her alone here and he wants to perform the ritual with his wife like he performed ritual during their wedding. He walks away saying he will wait for her.
Surekha walks in next and tells Savi that she felt good seeing Ishaan taking her stand going against his family, even Savi should respect their relationship and accept Ishaan’s request. Savi stands thinking. Apsara tells Durva that she shouldn’t have revealed about the sari payment in front of Savi and made her feel humiliated. Surekha says Savi must be fighting with Ishaan since 30 minutes, Swati must be waiting for us. Ishaan walks to them. Savi walks in next wearing sari. Apsara says look at this beauty. Ishaan smiles. Shikha asks Apsara what does this mean. Apsara says if Ishaan is smiling seeing Savi wearing his gifted sari and Savi respecting his request, it means love is blossoming between them and they respect each other. Shikha says she also prays for same for them. Yashwant says let’s go as we are getting late.
Ishaan tells Savi that he felt good seeing her wearing this sari. Savi says she didn’t wear it because of him but because of her mother. Ishaan asks why she always frowns and can’t speak without argument. Savi says she is not habituated to his and his family’s unnecessary concern for her. Ishaan says it’s waste to argue with her. Bhosales reach Reeva’s house. Swati welcomes them and asks about Anvi and Nishi. Yashwant ways Anvi is staying back at home and studying, Nishi had to visit Mumbai urgently. Shikha says Anvi’s happiness matters to them. Swati asks them to get in. They all walk in. Ishaan walks in next with Savi. Swati frowns seeing her. Reeva feels disheartened seeing Savi wearing Ishaan’s bought sari. She welcomes Savi.
Mukul jokes and makes everyone laugh. Swati says this is their first holi festival in Pune and thanks Bhosales for attending her function. She praises Mukul and says she read about his social work, especially towards orphan girls. Mukul says it’s his duty towards the society. Savi recalls Mukul and Anvi’s issue. Surekha says Mukul doesn’t like someone praising him. Yashwant says he wants to twist Mukul’s ear and tell him that he shouldn’t stop someone when they praise him. Panditji informs that holika dahan’s muhurat is passing by. Swati asks Mukul to perform the ritual. Mukul says he is incapable and doesn’t have any right to perform the ritual. Surekha insists. Mukul says he can deny anyone’s request except Surekha.
Mukul is about to start the ritual when Savi stops him and says he is right that he doesn’t have any right to perform the ritual. Ishaan asks what is she doing. Yashwant asks why she creates issue whenever they do something auspicious. Savi says she doesn’t mean to insult Mukul; she just wants to say that Mukul and Apsara came here to celebrate Yashwant and Surekha’s 35th wedding anniversary and they believe that when a couple performs ritual together, their problems are solved and hence Yashwant and Surekha are the right contenders to perform the ritual. Asmita, Shikha, and Apsara back Savi. Mukul says even he thinks same. Yashwant and Surekha refuse and say they are already happy in their marriage. Savi says she wants them to be more happy, takes torch from Mukul and gives it to them. They perform holika dahan, irking Mukul.
Panditji asks married couple to perform the ritual. Shikha takes a thali and asks Savi and Ishaan to perform the ritual as it’s auspicious for them like Savi said. They both agree. Reeva sadly watches them standing aside. Ishaan performs ritual holding Savi’s pallu. Shikha says if he does this, their marriage will happen again. Asmita smiles
Precap: Heavily intoxicated Ishaan and Reeva decide to marry. Intoxicated Savi says she will get them married and takes them to home temple. Ishan fails to apply sindhoor to Reeva’s hairline. Reeva walks aside asking Savi to take care of her Ishaan till she returns. Ishaan hugs Savi saying they are married. Reeva returns and feels jealous.
