Court hearing restarts. Pakhi’s lawyer says his client Patralekha Chavan met with a serious accident some time back in which she was severely injured and was treated by Dr. Pulkit and Dr. Sai; Dr Pulkit and Dr. Sai carelessly performed his client’s surgery twice, Dr Sai with wrong intentions of taking revenge from his client removed uterus from her and permanently snatched a right of a woman to become a bother, she found an opportunity in distress.
Pakhi says his husband’s ex-wife Sai has returned with a wrong intention of breaking her house, she is filled with hatred so much that it overtook her personal and professional lives and took revenge from her instead of treating her. She says her whole family used to love her before but now they don’t as she is infertile now because of Dr Sai. She further accuses Dr. Pulkit of supporting Sai in her heinous act and says they both don’t deserve to treat innocent patients and their degree should be revoked.
Judge asks Sai to speak. Sai says Pakhi had met with a serious accident and since a nearby husband was 3 hours away, they shifted her to a nearby nursing home and performed her operation. Pakhi’s lawyer says they purposefully created such a situation. Sai says if he had seen Pakhi’s condition at that time, he wouldn’t have said this. She says Dr. Satya visited that nursing home and had a thorough investigation. Judge questions Dr Satya.
Satya asks what was the necessity for operation, he feels they found an opportunity out of necessity. Sai says they risked their lives and saved Pakhi’s life. Satya asks if they didn’t know that they can’t treat their relative. Sai says even he is a doctor and knows saving a patient’s life is important than following a protocol. Satya says she should have followed a protocol and let Pakhi dead. Everyone are shocked with is statement, Sai asks what is he saying. Satya says when Dr Sai and Pulkit can’t prove their point, they should have let their patient dead.
Judge says as doctors, its their duty to recall the oath they took and save their patient first. Dr Satya says he was trying to say saving patient’s life is most important for a doctor, it was proved that Dr Sai and Pulkit performed their duty well and saved Pakhi during the first surgery. Pakhi’s lawyer says a necessity for a second surgery proves their competence. Sai says they had to perform a second surgery because of Pakhi’s carelessness. Lawyer asks if she has any proof of that.
Virat says he is an evidence and says Pakhi instead of resting and taking medicines was wandering and forcefully climbed stairs even after a stern warning, his parents were present when she slipped from stairs and injured herself. Ninad and Ashwini say its true. Pakhi says Virat is right, but Sai is responsible for that as her husband was paying attention to Sai instead of her; she was in mental trauma and saw her husband giving mouth-to-mouth breathing to Sai instead of getting her out of a bus; she was unconscious when Dr. Sai took a decision by herself and removed her uterus to take revenge from her.
Dr. Pulkit says they had consented Virat. Pakhi says Sai manipulated Virat and even now wants to grab Virat and Vinayak. Sai says she is not interested in Virat and will never be interested in him. She requests judge to discuss only regarding this case. She says Vinayak is her and Virat’s son. Pakhi shouts Vinayak is her son.
Sai says truth won’t change with her shouting. Judge asks Sai and Pakhi to calm down. Pakhi’s lawyer apologizes for his client’s emotional outburst and asks Sai why she is living in her ex-husband’s house. Sai says she is staying there for her son. Lawyer accuses her of having interest in a son if not a father and it proves Sai is interfering in Pakhi’s married life. He says judge should cancel Sai’s practice license as she is a danger for her patients, giving her a scalpel means giving a knife to a murderer.
Satya says he wants to question Virat to prove Pakhi right. Judge says he is not a lawyer to question Virat. Satya says its important and medically related. Judge permits him. Satya asks Virat how Pakhi was found after the accident. Virat describes how Pakhi fell from a cliff and how Sai found her in a lake and fought with a crocodile to save Pakhi’s life. Satya says its amazing to hear a petite-looking Sai fighting with a crocodile to save Pakhi’s life.
Pakhi says who saw that. Virat says he saw that. Satya says he will question Pakhi and prove that Sai and Pulkit removed Pakhi’s uterus unnecessarily. Bhavani asks Viratg why is Satya so interested in Sai’s case. Virat says Sai doesn’t like him, maybe he is trying to take revenge from her. Satya asks Pakhi how she considers Sai as a human.
Precap: Dr Satya asks provocative questions to Pakhi and makes her reveal her intentions. Judge gives verdict in Sai’s favor. Virat congratulates Sai.
