The episode begins with Mrinalini asserting that everyone in the household should pitch in with chores. Tanuja challenges her, questioning how Mrinalini feels entitled to give her instructions. Mrinalini counters, pointing out that Tanuja often issues her own commands to Anjana. She emphasizes that if Tanuja fulfilled her responsibilities, there would be no need for comments. Mrinalini then instructs Bipasha to prepare evening snacks for everyone, to which Bipasha retorts, asking why she should have to do that.

Mrinalini firmly states that without contributing to household tasks, Bipasha won’t be provided food. She directs Arundati to enforce rules for the house. Jhanak enters with tea, and Bipasha questions whether Jhanak would be able to relax if work were done. Mrinalini clarifies that Laal and Shubhankar are not responsible for Jhanak’s expenses; she and Choton will take care of her since they consider her their responsibility.

Bipasha expresses her frustration to Laal, suggesting they should have left the house already. Arundati urges her to calm down and suggests that they can discuss the issue later. Mrinalini, pointing out that Anjana needs rest, insists that this situation needs addressing now. Bipasha argues that she never had to work at her mother’s house, but Mrinalini retorts that this isn’t her mother’s home, so she must contribute. She adds that even Arshi needs to help out once she recovers.

Arshi interjects, asking Mrinalini to refrain from discussing her. Mrinalini insists that as a family member, Arshi also needs to contribute after her recovery. Arundati then tries to shift the topic to Holi, asking Bipasha why her mother never attends family functions. Just then, Bipasha’s mother calls, asking to meet her, which leaves Bipasha curious about what’s happening.

Some time later, Jhanak brings food to Arshi, who insists she no longer needs assistance and can take care of herself. When Jhanak mentions she will leave in a few days, Arshi realizes that Jhanak lacks a place to go and admits she was wrong in her past treatment of her. Jhanak, confused, processes this new development.

Arshi suggests to Jhanak that she should talk to Vihaan and considers the idea of Jhanak marrying him. Jhanak questions whether a woman’s life is incomplete without marriage, to which Arshi innocently replies she was merely making a suggestion.

On another front, Bipasha meets her mother at a coffee shop, seeking answers about what’s troubling her. Her mother asks if Bipasha remembers their past, but Bipasha quickly dismisses it, explicitly not wanting to recall her mother once being a dancer. Bipasha’s mother reveals that her first husband is still alive and that she never divorced him, explaining her fear that he might target Bipasha if she doesn’t provide a luxurious lifestyle. Bipasha reassures her mother to be cautious, while her mother insists Laal is unaware of this truth, emphasizing they cannot afford any risks.

Meanwhile, Sarita thanks her husband, Omkar, urging him to keep their child safe. Omkar reassures her of his commitment to protect them.

As the conversation unfolds, Aniruddh asks about the situation regarding Jhanak. Arshi explains that she encouraged Jhanak to consider going to Vihaan, but Jhanak responds that a few people want her to remain with them, indicating she feels tied to her current situation. Arshi insists she only wants what’s best for Jhanak, but Aniruddh insists Jhanak is capable of managing her own life. He questions why Jhanak wouldn’t marry Vihaan, leading Jhanak to assert that Arshi is mistaken and that she doesn’t wish to marry again. She reiterates her independence, saying she is not begging for anything. Aniruddh admonishes Arshi for her lack of faith in him, while Jhanak declares that she will leave when she is ready.

The episode ends.

**Precap**: Mimi expresses her confusion over Srishti’s sudden change in behavior. Srishti responds that she cannot overlook Jhanak’s mistakes, while Jhanak interjects, asserting that simply giving birth does not make one a mother.
