The episode begins with Mimi expressing her apologies to Jhanak for the pain she has caused her. Feeling ashamed of her actions, Mimi acknowledges Jhanak’s struggles and how she fought for her love. Jhanak reassures her that it’s alright. Mimi then shares details about her relationship with Anirban, stating that she finally understood Jhanak’s feelings when her own relationship was on the brink of collapse. Just then, Anjana enters with food and announces that Mimi is getting married. Jhanak congratulates her, and Anjana adds that Mimi and Anirban’s wedding will take place after Choton and Meenu’s.
The following day, Bipasha talks to Arshi, empathizing with the turmoil she is experiencing. She mentions that many people are backing Jhanak in the house. Tanuja chimes in, saying that Shubhankar’s opinion holds no weight anymore. Bipasha warns that Aniruddh’s life is on the verge of disaster, but Tanuja believes that Aniruddh won’t heed anyone when it comes to Jhanak. They agree that a solid plan needs to be devised. Arshi, feeling confused by Srishti’s behavior changes, voices her concerns. Tanuja insists that Jhanak must care for Arshi if she wants to remain in the house.
Jhanak enters, offering tea to everyone. Tanuja directly asks her about her decision, to which Jhanak replies that she wishes to leave, but Choton and Anjana have persuaded her to stay. Bipasha argues that Jhanak cannot remain idle, but Jhanak insists that she is contributing through household tasks. Arshi questions whether Jhanak is shameless. Jhanak defensively states that Arshi has a loving husband and in-laws, whereas she feels unloved. Arshi angrily warns Jhanak to stay away from Aniruddh, but Jhanak replies that she loves Aniruddh and doesn’t wish to disrupt anyone’s family.
As Aniruddh enters, he overhears the conversation. Jhanak mentions that Aniruddh is with Arshi because he values family. This infuriates Arshi, who scolds Jhanak. Meanwhile, Kul Bhushan angrily confronts Mr. Mittal for failing to locate Jhanak. Mr. Mittal reveals that Kul Bhushan needs to go to court to secure bail or face arrest. A goon arrives and informs Kul Bhushan that Jhanak has been sold in the red-light district. Determined, Kul Bhushan decides to head there, but the goon clarifies that Jhanak is now with a relative. Kul Bhushan gets in touch with Srishti to find out Jhanak’s whereabouts and learns that she is in Kolkata.
Later, Arundati discusses with Tanuja how Jhanak would never willingly go to the red-light area. Although she doesn’t want Jhanak to stay there, she acknowledges the trauma Jhanak has endured and stresses that she has nowhere else to go. Choton affirms that Jhanak will remain in the house, reiterating that he and Apu will support this decision.
Aniruddh discovers Jhanak hasn’t eaten anything and expresses concern over her pale appearance, urging her to eat well. Arshi scolds him for caring about Jhanak, but Jhanak asserts that she doesn’t need anyone’s care. Just then, Srishti enters, suggesting that she will take Jhanak with her.
