by swathi reddy

The episode opens with Katha addressing both Eshwar and Rukhmani, urging them to begin the puja. They both agree, and the atmosphere becomes one of reverence as they perform the rituals with devotion. Meanwhile, outside the temple, tensions rise as Mohan approaches a group of factory workers who are protesting. He pleads with them to withdraw their protest, reminding them of all that Eshwar has done for them over the years. However, the workers remain steadfast in their refusal, unwilling to back down.

Just then, Naina arrives on the scene, her eyes widening in shock as she witnesses Mohan’s struggle to change the workers’ minds. Concerned for his well-being, she rushes to his side and implores him to come home with her, but Mohan stands firm in his resolve. He informs Eshwar about the ongoing protest, and upon hearing this, Eshwar decides that he must go to the factory to address the situation personally.

As they make their way to the factory, Naina expresses her worries about Mohan’s health, urging him once again to come home with her. Mohan, however, remains resolute, determined to stand by Eshwar. The leader of the protesters escalates the situation by threatening to burn down the factory, a declaration that leaves Mohan visibly shocked and concerned for the safety of everyone involved.

Eshwar arrives at the factory just in time to assess the escalating situation. Rukhmani, noticing the tension, advises Eshwar to handle the problem calmly and with a level head. Eshwar agrees, knowing that maintaining composure is essential in such a volatile environment. Mohan approaches Eshwar, sharing the details of his failed attempts to dissuade the workers and the alarming threat posed by the protesters. Eshwar, understanding the gravity of the situation, approaches the workers directly, asking them to speak with him and consider ending the protest.

However, the leader of the protesters responds with hostility, chanting against Eshwar and demanding that he fulfill the workers’ demands. Eshwar, feeling the weight of responsibility, shares his fears about the factory closing, a place that has been in his family for generations since it was founded by his grandfather. He recalls past protests and recognizes that there are individuals among the protesters whose intention is to bring about the factory’s closure. Determined not to let this happen, Eshwar steels himself for the confrontation ahead.

Mohan interjects, informing Eshwar that many of the protesters are outsiders who are inciting the workers against him. Eshwar tries once more to reason with the workers, but the leader of the protest threatens that if their demands are not met, they will ensure the factory closes its doors for good. In a sudden act of aggression, one of the protesters throws a stone at Eshwar, injuring him. The scene turns chaotic as Eshwar falls to the ground, and Mohan rushes to his side, alarmed by the violence.

Just then, Katha arrives at the factory and is horrified to see Eshwar’s condition. She quickly rushes to him, with Mohan’s assistance, and helps him to a safer spot away from the chaos. Katha confronts the workers, passionately defending Eshwar, who has always supported them. She points out that if the factory closes, those instigating the protests will not be there to help them find jobs, leaving them without means to support their families. Katha also questions Prakash and Kesar, two of the workers, about their actions against someone who has always stood by them, especially during tough times. Feeling ashamed, both men reflect on their choices.

Katha encourages the workers to speak directly with Eshwar rather than resorting to protests. Eshwar, touched by Katha’s unwavering support, feels a swell of emotion as he listens to her words. He praises her for her courage and conviction, grateful for her presence in such a dire moment.

After tending to Eshwar’s injury, Katha creates a makeshift ointment using a leaf and applies it to his wound. She then insists that Eshwar should rest at her house for the night before returning home. Initially hesitant, Eshwar eventually agrees, recognizing the care in her suggestion. With Katha and Naina’s help, they take Eshwar back to Katha’s home.

Meanwhile, at the factory, Ambika expresses her concerns to a worried Vinith, revealing her belief that Mr. Bansal intends to close the factory to buy it out from under them. She reassures Vinith not to worry, but internally, she resolves that Eshwar has no choice but to sell the factory this time.

Back at Katha’s house, she checks in on Eshwar, asking about his well-being. Eshwar opens up about his pain and the burden he feels from the protests. Katha, feeling a pang of sadness for him, tries to lighten the mood by asking about his preference for tea. She heads to the kitchen to prepare it, and Eshwar takes a moment to reflect on Katha’s kindness, once again praising her.

Later, Katha insists that Eshwar stay the night at their home, emphasizing that he needs to rest. Eshwar, still in disbelief that someone like Katha exists in this generation, agrees to her request.

In the precap, a pivotal moment unfolds as Eshwar approaches Mohan to ask for Katha’s hand for UV. Mohan hesitates, cautioning Eshwar about Katha’s deep-seated hatred for men. Undeterred, Eshwar urges Mohan to help convince Katha. Meanwhile, UV, curious about Eshwar’s intentions, decides to follow him to uncover whom he is meeting, setting the stage for further developments in their intertwined lives.
