The episode opens with Katha eagerly asking Eshwar if he will be staying the night at their home. Eshwar responds affirmatively, stating that given everything she has done for him, it is only right for him to accept her hospitality. Katha’s face lights up with happiness at his words. Eshwar then requests that Katha ask Mohan to inform his family about his stay but insists that they should not mention the events that led to this decision. Katha nods in agreement and promptly calls Mohan.
As they converse, Eshwar reflects on his unusual decision to spend the night away from his home, something he has never done before. He credits Katha’s behavior and character for changing his mind, praising her integrity and warmth. In a moment of introspection, he blesses Katha, wishing her well. He also contemplates the idea of having someone like Katha as a partner for his son, UV, and wonders why he wouldn’t choose her for him.
Meanwhile, at the Jindal house, UV and other family members are gathered, inquiring about Eshwar’s whereabouts. Rukhmani, their matriarch, informs them that Eshwar is involved in a protest at the factory. Ambika tries to hide her delight at the news, while Vinith feigns disappointment over the factory workers’ actions, suggesting that they should consider selling the factory. Rukhmani scolds him for such a thought and urges the family not to press her about Eshwar’s location, as she is equally in the dark.
Harshvardan, UV’s father, expresses his determination to bring Eshwar back home. However, Rukhmani stops him, explaining that Eshwar has faith in his eldest grandson, UV. She then reprimands UV for his earlier behavior towards Eshwar, which leaves UV feeling frustrated. He vents his anger at Rukhmani and the family, blaming Eshwar for persuading the college board members not to grant permission for his café. He accuses Eshwar of manipulating Rukhmani regarding his marriage plans, rendering Rukhmani momentarily speechless.
Harshvardan defends Eshwar against UV’s accusations, but UV demands the truth from Rukhmani. After some hesitation, she confirms that they are indeed planning his marriage, shocking Harshvardan. UV asserts that he will only marry the person his mother chooses for him, and with that, he storms out, clearly upset.
In the meantime, UV and his cousins, along with Jhumki, learn about Eshwar’s plans through Nathu Kaka. Jhumki confirms that the rumors about UV’s marriage are true, which infuriates UV. He believes that Eshwar is attempting to ruin his life and vows that he will not allow this to happen.
Back at Katha’s house, she is busy preparing khichdi for Eshwar, hoping to provide him with comfort food. Naina tries unsuccessfully to dissuade Katha from making khichdi, but Katha remains resolute. When she serves the khichdi to Eshwar, he is initially hesitant, as it’s not his favorite dish. However, upon tasting it, he is overcome with emotion, recalling memories of his late mother. He then asks Katha how she knows the traditional recipes, to which Vandana, Katha’s mother, explains that it is a rule in their household for everyone to learn family recipes. Eshwar is impressed by Katha’s dedication and begins to see her as a suitable match for UV.
Later that night, Eshwar receives a call from Mr. Agarwal, who is inquiring about his whereabouts. Eshwar praises Katha for her efforts in saving his factory without mentioning her name, assuring Mr. Agarwal that he is fine. Mr. Agarwal requests Eshwar to speak with the college board members to reconsider their decision about UV’s café. Eshwar declines, explaining that the complaint against UV was lodged by a group of girls at the college, and the matter is beyond his control. Mr. Agarwal then mentions that he will speak with Katha Kumari Rathi, which shocks Eshwar. He is pleasantly surprised to learn that Katha has turned a seemingly impossible situation into a positive outcome.
As the night progresses, Katha enters Eshwar’s room to tend to his wound. Eshwar reflects on the changes Katha could bring to UV and his cousins, realizing that staying at Katha’s house is for a reason. He silently vows to test Katha to determine whether she is indeed a suitable match for UV. When Katha returns, Eshwar presents her with a request, asking if she can unite water and fire—an impossible task. He expresses his belief that Katha has the capability to turn the impossible into possible, leaving her deep in thought.
