The Episode starts with UV lashing out at Katha for carelessly stepping in front of a moving car. Katha, unfazed, questions why he even touched her. UV, clearly frustrated, bursts out — upset that instead of a thank you, he’s getting blamed after risking his life. He reminds her of how she treated him before, but Katha snaps back, accusing him of faking concern and mocking her emotions. Things escalate until UV tells her to just leave — and Katha does… but only to suddenly faint, leaving UV shocked and panicked.
Meanwhile, at home, Vandana is growing increasingly anxious. Katha hasn’t returned, and she pours out her worry to Mohan. Naina tries to console her, but Vandana throws a few sharp words her way. Naina’s hurt, but when a man mocks Katha’s character, she steps up fiercely in her defense. She reminds everyone that Katha isn’t someone who just runs away. Mohan and Vandana are left feeling a mix of guilt and sadness.
Back with UV — he notices Katha burning up with fever. Despite her protests, he puts her in his car, scolding her for being so reckless. He tells her he won’t let her tarnish the café’s name, which he opened in memory of his mother. Katha begs him to leave her on the roadside, but he ignores her.
Coincidentally, at a traffic signal, their car stops next to Mohan and Vandana’s. Katha spots her uncle and rushes out to them. Overwhelmed with relief, they take her home. UV watches, decides to back off, and makes up his mind not to get involved with Katha or her family again.
At home, a delirious Katha mumbles about betrayal — leaving Mohan and Naina confused and concerned. Naina begins to wonder if Katha’s pain mirrors her own past heartbreak. She reassures herself that Katha is stronger, different — and promises to be there for her. Mohan, meanwhile, is torn by his strained relationship with Naina and silently blames her for the growing distance.
Later, UV is still fuming over Katha’s harsh words. His cousin tries to cheer him up by reminding him of the upcoming dessert fest in Jaisalmer. That perks him up a bit, and he decides to join. However, a clash soon follows — Eshwar mocks him in front of everyone. UV’s cousin Vinith jokes it off, but the tension flares when Eshwar insults Pratty. UV and Eshwar lock horns until Shikha intervenes, bringing Rukhmani along. Rukhmani diffuses the situation and gently gets both men to agree on hosting a function. She even convinces UV to make dessert — though it doesn’t take long for him and Eshwar to bicker again. In frustration, UV walks away, unwilling to go along with Rukhmani’s plan.
Elsewhere, Tammy is still stewing over Katha slapping UV. She’s plotting revenge, despite Sandy warning her not to act without UV’s approval. Tammy, headstrong, refuses to back down.
As Katha pens her feelings in her diary, she reflects on her mistake — trusting someone she shouldn’t have — and vows never to repeat it.
