The Episode starts with Katha quietly hiding her tears from Mohan. Concerned, he urges her to rest, while Naina brings her some comforting kada. Despite her weakness, Katha insists on making breakfast for Mohan, but struggles to stay on her feet. Sensing this, Mohan and Naina gently advise her to rest. Naina then surprises them by saying she already prepared breakfast for Mohan. He thanks her and leaves, while Katha silently hopes for their reunion.
Curious and concerned, Naina asks Katha about her health and odd behavior. Before Katha can answer, Prerna shows up, visibly worried. She questions Katha about slapping UV, leaving Naina stunned. Katha stays silent, and just when things get tense, Prerna steps in and covers for her, lying to Naina to ease her suspicions. Naina believes her and walks away, and Katha quietly thanks Prerna.
Noticing Prerna’s new hairstyle and bracelet, Katha teases her. Prerna recalls how Tammy gave her the bracelet, saying someone likes her, and had invited her to the party. Prerna promises not to mention any of this to Katha and makes up a story about the bracelet. She chats more about the party, but Katha firmly warns her not to attend. Despite this, Prerna shares the party excitement with Naina, brushing off Katha’s concerns.
At college, UV and his friends celebrate with music and dancing. Prerna asks UV for a selfie, which Tammy helps her take. UV warns Tammy he doesn’t want anything ruining the party, and she reassures him. Tammy then tells Prerna to stop acting desperate to know her admirer and invites her to the evening’s mask party, but warns her not to tell Katha. Prerna agrees. Tammy secretly instructs two guys to execute a plan involving Prerna. Meanwhile, Sandy confronts Tammy, but she slyly talks her way out.
UV, noticing Prerna’s presence, questions why Katha’s friend is at the party. When someone mocks Katha, UV silences them, saying not to mention “ghobar devi” or talk about her at all that day. The group agrees.
Later that evening, Mohan brings sweet boxes home and shares his celebration plans with Vandana. She reminds him about Katha’s strict rules, but when they hear her approaching, they quickly hide the sweets. The two then sweet-talk Katha into letting them celebrate just for the day, and she gives in—only to later realize she was cleverly tricked, since the sweets were already home! Smiling at their mischief, Katha goes to call Naina.
Meanwhile, Naina is on a tense phone call with Tejas, firmly telling him she won’t return. She’s visibly shaken, fearing his next move. Katha notices and asks why she looks so scared, but Naina brushes it off and leaves.
Back at home, Prerna’s mother calls Katha in panic—Prerna isn’t picking up her phone. Alarmed, Katha realizes Prerna must’ve gone to that party despite her warnings. She tells her family and rushes to find her.
At the party, Tammy’s men spike Prerna’s drink. As she starts to feel dizzy, they lead her away. Katha arrives and desperately searches for her.
