The episode opens with Abhir noticing that Amruta has changed since returning from Delhi. Meanwhile, Manvi texts Abhir, declaring he will uncover why Amruta visited Delhi during Holi. She mentions her plan to make Amruta drink bhang, and Abhir agrees to assist.
Manvi and Virat arrive at the Ahuja mansion for the Holi festivities. Virat and Amruta discreetly hold hands. Asha and Shekhar arrive shortly after. Shekhar spots Nimrit’s injured finger and inquires about it. Nimrit fabricates a story, claiming she hurt herself while opening a jewelry box. Shekhar gently reminds her to take care of herself until their wedding, promising to look after her after. However, Nimrit believes she shouldn’t let thoughts of Rajiv ruin her present. On the other hand, Amruta vows to keep Rajiv’s influence away from Nimrit forever.
Abhir announces the celebration has begun and encourages everyone to dance. They all join in, celebrating joyously. As Virat dances, he ponders how to enjoy the festivities with Amruta without raising any suspicions.
Daadi instructs Shekhar and Nimrit to perform the Holi pooja. While they complete the ritual, Virat admires Amruta from a distance. As Amruta steps aside for a moment, Abhir invites her to join the pooja, but she declines, indicating she is busy, and walks away. Babita prays for Nimrit’s joy, while Bhavani hopes for Abhir and Amruta to perform the pooja together. Just as Manvi and Virat are about to start the ritual, Amruta pretends to lose her balance and accidentally tosses items into the holy fire. She apologizes and asks them to repeat the ritual. Abhir is disappointed, but Bhavani comforts him.
Later, Amruta distributes prasad, subtly marking a glass and signaling to Virat which drink to choose, hoping her scheme will unfold as planned. She gives the marked glass to her cousin, instructing her to present it to Virat. Abhir overhears and quickly informs Manvi. He hands Manvi some bhang to mix into Amruta’s drink to reveal her true feelings. Manvi manages to mix bhang into one glass but soon forgets which one it is. When she calls Virat over, she encourages him to drink the thandai. Unbeknownst to him, he consumes the marked glass. Amruta and Manvi also partake in the thandai, leaving Manvi uncertain about which glass contained the bhang.
In a parallel scene, Rajiv takes a drug to control his blood pressure as he tries to escape from jail. He collapses, and the police, noticing his weak condition, hurriedly take him from the cell. Rajiv, meanwhile, silently devises a plan to ruin the lives of Virat and Amruta.
Back at the Holi celebration, the crowd is dancing. Abhir watches Amruta closely and begins to suspect she might be under the influence.
Amruta and Virat meet in the restroom, where Manvi enters, affected by the bhang. In a moment of vulnerability, she tells Virat that she would give him her heart if she had another. Amruta becomes concerned for Manvi, especially with her pregnancy in mind. Virat tells Amruta that fate has given them both a chance to find out the truth and insists they should take advantage of it.
At the hospital, a doctor tells a nurse to keep watch on Rajiv’s vitals before exiting the room. Rajiv exchanges a knowing look with a constable, hinting at nefarious intentions.
Back at the Ahuja home, Virat presses Manvi to clarify whose baby she is expecting, but she remains tight-lipped. He expresses his suspicion that Manvi might not actually be pregnant. However, Amruta firmly believes Manvi is pregnant and requires urgent medical help. She confronts Manvi, questioning why she ended up in jail.
