The episode begins with all the ladies from the apartment gathered at Jahan’s home. Amruta and the others express their frustration over a cockroach infestation. Jahan attempts to contact the municipality but receives no response. The group wonders about the origin of the cockroaches. Ishika arrives and shares that her own home is also infested. Jahan makes a remark about Ishika overhearing their conversation. Ishika reveals that she spoke to the Municipality, which stated they would send pest control, but needed the ladies’ signatures on certain documents first. The apartment women consent and sign the papers Ishika provides.

Priyanka questions Babita about how she obtained the annulment papers. Babita explains that she simply asked Virat to go to Alibagh and took the papers from his cupboard afterward. Priyanka then inquires why she made her put her hand in the gutter. Babita retorts by asking if Priyanka has a better method to get Amruta to sign the annulment. Priyanka falls silent. Babita insists Amruta will hastily sign the papers in her desire to eliminate the cockroaches.

Meanwhile, Virat enters his room only to find Amruta missing and the annulment papers gone, leading him to believe that Amruta took them to sign. He regrets having signed the papers himself.

Ishika urges Amruta to sign the annulment papers, but Amruta questions why she should when the house belongs to Jahan. Ishika frets about how to obtain Amruta’s signature, feigning an exit and warning the ladies not to blame her if pest control fails to arrive, leaving them with the cockroaches. Kamalai, another tenant, advises Ishika to keep personal issues out of apartment matters and offers to persuade Amruta to sign. She encourages Amruta and Bhavani to sign, and Bhavani agrees. As Amruta tries to read the papers before signing, Ishika pretends to feel faint and places her hand over the documents. Amruta insists that Ishika remove her hand so she can read, but Virat arrives, noting the cockroach problem, and urges Amruta to step outside for a moment. In a rush, Amruta signs the annulment papers without reading them and follows Virat.

When Amruta reaches Virat, she asks why he called her. Virat embraces her without explaining himself. It flashes back to Nimrit advising Virat that to understand his feelings for Amruta, he should hug her, and if she hugs him back, it signifies mutual feelings. Amruta interprets the hug as Virat’s guilt over recent events and reciprocates. Virat concludes that Amruta harbors feelings for him. He doesn’t communicate further and departs.

Ishika delivers the annulment papers with Amruta’s signature to Babita. Priyanka inquires about their next move, and Babita declares her plan to discreetly place the papers in Virat’s room, intending to orchestrate Amruta’s exit from his life permanently. Priyanka asks who will carry out the plan, to which Ishika responds that it will be her responsibility.

Babita carefully places the annulment papers in Virat’s cupboard, then pretends to be waiting for him as Amruta enters the room. Amruta confronts Babita, cautioning her about the mistake of involving Priyanka in Virat’s life. Babita departs.

The scene shifts to Amruta asleep in her room. Virat checks to ensure she is truly asleep, avoiding confrontation since he dreads her questions about why he hugged her, uncertain of how to answer. Discovering that Amruta has signed the annulment papers, Virat thinks she, too, wants to end their marriage.

Babita tells Priyanka that once Virat leaves for Alibagh, they will ensure Amruta is expelled from his life.
