The episode begins with Kranti sitting down to talk with Smita. He notes that he can see she is intent on bringing Payal and Raunak together. Smita, slightly annoyed, reminds him that they have already discussed this matter. Kranti insists that Raunak doesn’t have any feelings for Payal, referencing the events of the previous day. In response, Smita questions why he can’t see the benefits that would come from Raunak marrying Payal. Kranti acknowledges that uniting their families could benefit their businesses, but he stresses that Smita is viewing the marriage solely as a business arrangement, which he believes is inappropriate. He firmly advises Smita not to impose her wishes on Raunak, who deserves the chance to make his own choices. Smita counters that she is doing what’s best for both Raunak and the family before leaving.
Raunak soon approaches Kranti, who warns him that he should comply with Smita’s wishes, or she will be upset with him. After Kranti exits, Raunak turns to Smita and apologizes, pledging to do anything for her, but firmly stating that he refuses to marry Payal. Unbeknownst to him, Payal overhears this confession.
Meanwhile, Prarthna arrives at the modeling agency, attempting to enter but is stopped by the security guard, who asks her to sign in. She requests a pen from him, and he salutes his boss, who just walks in. The guard praises his boss to Prarthna, calling him a good man, before she completes the sign-in process.
At the same time, Ketki notices Payal’s distress and asks her what’s wrong. Payal confesses that she overheard Raunak expressing his dislike for her, sparking her disappointment. Ketki advises Payal not to take Raunak’s words too seriously, but Payal claims that there is no love between them. Ketki insists that she must go through with the marriage, emphasizing that it would benefit their business. With that, Ketki leaves.
Later, Baa and Kinjal try to persuade Harsh to abandon his dream of becoming an engineer and instead pursue an MBA to take over the family business. Harsh pleads with Baa for a loan, reiterating his desire to be an engineer. Baa, however, asks him to give her some time to think it over.
In another part of the agency, the staff informs Gayatri and others that they will need to wear revealing dresses for a shoot. Gayatri refuses and attempts to walk away. The manager intervenes, reminding her that she signed a contract and showing her the document she signed at the reception. He explains that if she backs out, she will be liable for a loss of ₹30 lakhs. Confused, Gayatri insists she thought it was only an application form and demands to be released from her obligation.
