The episode starts with Kanann slapping Mannat. Harneet asks Kanann if she is crazy for slapping Mannat over the fire accident. Kanann blames the fire accident on Mannat and her mother, stating that because of them, everyone is struggling. She can’t imagine what would have happened if her daughter had been harmed today. Mannat argues that Gudiya is her sister and feels bad for her, but insists her mother shouldn’t be blamed. Kanann pushes Mannat away and claims that her enemies did this to seek revenge on her, calling it a conspiracy. Gudiya mentions overhearing someone tell Shruthi that she and her daughter would die there. Mannat insists they don’t have any enemies. Kanann informs the colony people about Mannat’s problems at her restaurant, suggesting it is also part of the conspiracy.
Kanann demands Mannat to leave the colony immediately, stating they can’t bear any more losses because of her. Harneet scolds them for talking like that. Kanann coldly replies that she doesn’t care whether Shruthi dies or not. Mannat pleads with Kanann not to talk like that and asks her not to kick her out. Arati mentions that Shruthi came to the colony with Mannat and that they wouldn’t have allowed her to stay otherwise. She adds that Harneet gave her shelter and now they are repaying them in this way. Mannat continues pleading with Kanann not to kick her out. Kanann pushes Mannat away, but Vikrant intervenes to protect her. He questions Kanann’s actions, reminding her that Mannat’s mother is in the hospital and they are also victims of the accident. Kanann scolds Vikrant, blaming Mannat for their losses. Vikrant promises to repay the money on Mannat’s behalf, but Mannat refuses, insisting that she loves them and considers them her family. She questions how they could compare her love with money.
Kanann argues that Vikrant is willing to compensate, but Mannat is not allowing it, calling Mannat cunning. Mannat loses her cool and gives them a reality check, reminding them of the many ways her mother helped and shared her knowledge with them, which they seem to have forgotten. She declares she will leave the colony and assures Harneet she will take her mother back with her.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya pretends to be sick, and Mallika shares her grief with Aishwarya, who consoles her. Kiran questions whether Aishwarya is really sick or just pretending, but Aishwarya denies it. Vikrant tries to motivate Mannat by cracking a joke, to which she replies that he always gives off the vibe of an Indian citizen, joking that he may have been born in India. Vikrant becomes lost in thought, and Neetu worries about him. Roni consoles Neetu, assuring her that Vikrant will return. Aishwarya instigates Neetu against Mannat and plots to turn Mallika against Mannat to get rid of her.
Later, Mannat hesitates to ask Vikrant for money. The doctor informs her that Shruti’s room will be changed and she needs to be on a ventilator. Mannat begs for time to settle the money. An assistant then informs her that Vikrant has already paid the money. Mannat thanks Vikrant, who overhears the conversation between Mannat and Shruthi and notices her wound.
