Mannat 18th March 2025 Written Update

by swathi reddy

The episode opens with Mannat, her eyes closed in prayer, fervently asking God for assistance. Her heart is heavy with worry for her mother, and desperation fills her voice as she pleads for a solution. Suddenly, she overhears someone mentioning Ambala, and a spark of hope ignites within her. “This could be it,” she thinks, determined to find a way to help her mother, convinced that the answers she seeks might lie there.

Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Neeti is carefully tying a dhaga on the door, a traditional method to ward off evil eyes. The atmosphere is tense as Kiran bursts in, excitedly announcing that Vikrant has brought an air conditioner for Mannat. She raises her voice to ensure Neeti hears her, but this only serves to frustrate Neeti further. Mallika, overhearing the conversation, mentions that she plans to consult her interior designer to make changes to Mannat’s room, aiming to create a space that feels comfortable for her. Neeti, feeling overlooked, firmly denies the need for such changes and insists that Vikrant should clarify this matter directly with her.

As the tension unfolds, a servant approaches Vikrant, requesting a review of the new AC. When he hears the name Aman mentioned, a wave of anxiety washes over him. He experiences a sudden flash of memories from his past, causing him to break a nearby glass in distress. Neeti, alarmed by his reaction, quickly takes him to his room to calm him down. Aishwarya and Puneet exchange worried glances, puzzled by Vikrant’s sudden and intense response to the name Aman.

In the midst of this chaos, Mannat arrives and accidentally bumps into Mallika. She attempts to engage her in conversation, but Mallika brushes her off, clearly preoccupied. Mannat senses that something is troubling Mallika and wonders if someone has hurt her, prompting her to inquire with a servant about Puneet’s room.

Mallika, concerned about Vikrant, questions him about his unexpected reaction. “What happened to you out of the blue?” she asks. Vikrant, visibly shaken, admits that he has no idea why he reacted so strongly. He reveals that the name Aman triggered flashes of images from after Holi, but he cannot piece together what they mean. Mallika continues to press him for answers, but Vikrant remains confused and unable to articulate his feelings. Neeti and Roni, overhearing the conversation, share their own anxiety about Vikrant’s state of mind.

Later, Mannat finds Puneet and apologizes for interrupting him during a busy time. She requests two days off, explaining that it’s crucial for her. Puneet, skeptical, notes that she’s asking for leave without providing a reason. However, he feels compelled to maintain the façade of their friendship and suggests that she speak with Aishwarya about it instead.

Meanwhile, Roni concocts a story for Vikrant, claiming that he had a childhood friend named Aman who died in an accident. He suggests that Vikrant might be reflecting on this loss. Vikrant, accepting this explanation, seems to find some comfort in it. However, Aishwarya interjects, reminding him that no one actually died in the fire accident from that time. Just then, a servant announces that Mannat is there to see Aishwarya, but Aishwarya refuses to meet her. Neeti, sensing the importance of the meeting, urges Aishwarya to at least hear Mannat out.

Feeling heartbroken, Neeti confides in her husband about her fears regarding Vikrant. “What if he finds out the truth about his origins?” she worries. She expresses her deep love for Vikrant and her anguish at the possibility of losing him. Her husband reassures her, promising that no one else knows the truth and comforting her in her distress.

Back in the living room, Mannat approaches Aishwarya once more, pleading for two days off. She explains that she needs to find a woman in Ambala who can help save her mother. Vikrant, curious, asks who this woman is, while Aishwarya’s anxiety grows at the thought of Mannat uncovering the truth. She refuses to grant the leave, but the situation escalates when Mannat accidentally mentions Sonia Khanna’s name, causing Aishwarya to shiver with fear. Gagan, noticing Aishwarya’s reaction, becomes suspicious of the situation.

Finally, Aishwarya relents and agrees to give Mannat the leave she requested. Meanwhile, Mallika is busy planning a date with Vikrant, and he agrees to go along with her plans. However, Mannat struggles to book a train ticket, and Vikrant steps in, offering to book flight tickets instead. Mannat initially refuses, feeling that Vikrant has already done enough for them, but he insists that the journey is long and she won’t be able to return in just two days. Reluctantly, she agrees to accompany him.

Later, Gagan playfully teases Aishwarya, who is now more anxious than ever. She instructs Shalini to book a flight ticket for her, trying to maintain control over the unfolding events. Just then, Mannat enters to inform Mallika about her plans, but Aishwarya, along with Mallika, insults her, causing Mannat to leave in distress. Despite the tension, Mallika is excited about her upcoming outing with Vikrant, oblivious to the turmoil brewing around them.

The episode concludes with unresolved tensions and the looming threat of secrets being revealed, leaving viewers eager to see how the characters navigate their intertwined fates.
