The episode begins with Manoj retreating to his room, overwhelmed with emotion. He breaks down in tears, repeatedly telling himself that he doesn’t want to go to a mental asylum. The thought of being beaten up there terrifies him. He also expresses his deep reluctance to leave Megha, recalling the moments when she lovingly took care of him during his struggles.
The next day, Shagun hands Megha’s test results to Arjun. As Arjun reads through the results, his expression changes, and Megha immediately senses that something is wrong. She asks him what the matter is, but instead of answering, Arjun silently hands her the test results. Concerned, he calls the doctor to understand the situation better. The doctor informs him about a serious condition affecting the baby. Arjun, visibly shaken, tells Megha that their baby’s life is in danger. Shagun, equally worried, asks Arjun what else the doctor said.
Arjun explains that the baby will need a bone marrow transplant after birth. However, there’s no guarantee that the baby’s bone marrow will match either parent’s 100 percent. Megha, desperate to help, asks if she can donate her bone marrow to save her child. Arjun gently explains that even her bone marrow might not be a match. He then mentions another possible option. Megha immediately suggests that Manoj’s bone marrow might match since he is the baby’s biological father. She insists that they need to find Manoj.
At that moment, Mukta enters the room and announces that Manoj is missing. She speculates whether Manoj might have run away. Megha, alarmed, suggests checking the CCTV footage for clues. Meanwhile, Arjun receives another call from the doctor and steps aside to answer it. Megha, determined to find Manoj, leaves the room.
A few minutes earlier, Mukta had visited Manoj in his room. Manoj confided in her, expressing his fear of being sent to a mental asylum. Mukta, in an attempt to comfort him, handed him a bag filled with chocolates, cheese, and other items. She encouraged him to run away, assuring him that he would be safe.
Back in the present, Arjun asks the doctor if there are any alternative treatments for the baby. The doctor firmly replies that the bone marrow transplant is the only way to save the child. Arjun ends the call, visibly distressed. Megha returns and informs him that the CCTV footage from the previous night is missing. She anxiously asks where Manoj could have gone and what they should do next.
A few hours earlier, Mukta had a conversation with Navjot. She revealed that Megha’s test results indicated the need for Manoj’s bone marrow to save the baby. Navjot, upon hearing this, instructed Mukta to kidnap Manoj. She also advised Mukta to tell Megha that Manoj had run away because of Arjun’s behavior.
In the present, Mukta accuses Arjun of scaring Manoj away with his violent outbursts. Megha, confused, asks Arjun when this supposedly happened. Mukta claims that Arjun acted out of anger, unaware that Manoj’s bone marrow would be needed. Arjun defends himself, explaining that his anger stemmed from his concern for Megha and the baby’s safety. Megha, however, points out that Manoj’s absence now jeopardizes their baby’s life. She pleads with Arjun to find Manoj, emphasizing that saving their child is her only priority.
Later, Arjun contacts the police to inquire about Manoj’s whereabouts. Unfortunately, the police inform him that they have been unable to trace Manoj. Megha, frustrated and heartbroken, tells Arjun that he knows he made a mistake. Arjun, in turn, suggests seeking help from doctors in the UK or US, as Manoj might refuse to cooperate.
Meanwhile, Mukta and Sikandar, wearing masks, approach Manoj. Sikandar begins to beat Manoj, but Mukta intervenes and stops him. Sikandar then picks up a knife, prompting Mukta to step aside and call Navjot. She updates Navjot on the situation and hands the phone to Sikandar. Navjot instructs Sikandar not to kill Manoj. Following her orders, Sikandar renders Manoj unconscious and places him in the trunk of a car. As they drive away, they encounter a police barricade, leaving Sikandar and Mukta visibly anxious.
