The episode opens with a tense interaction between Manoj and a group of Kinnars (transgender individuals). One of the Kinnars confronts Manoj, urging him not to be stingy and to give them some money. She inquires whether the baby is part of their community or if it is a baby girl. Manoj, maintaining his composure, insists that he is not saying anything mean and that they can say whatever they wish. He declares confidently that his son will be born, and he will inform them when that happens. The Kinnar, however, claims they already have information about the situation. In response, Manoj challenges them to check his house if they do not believe him.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Megha are eavesdropping on this exchange. Arjun, feeling the pressure of the situation, begins to remove balloon decorations, a sign of the impending celebration. Megha, in a moment of desperation, attempts to tie a belt around her waist to create the illusion of a baby bump. She expresses her concern that their ruse will be discovered. Arjun reassures her that they do not have time to waste and decides to escape through the balcony with Choti, their baby. He promises Megha that nothing will happen to Choti, and with Alka’s help, he successfully makes his escape.
Back inside, Manoj brings the Kinnars into his house, showing them around to prove his point. He then approaches Megha, questioning her presence there. He notices a toy box and asks about it. Alka, quick on her feet, lies to Manoj, claiming she bought the toys because the baby could arrive at any moment. She nervously asks if she has done anything wrong. Manoj, suspicious of Megha’s actions, thinks to himself that she is definitely hiding something. He wonders if Arjun has come to see her. Turning back to the Kinnars, he asserts that they should be satisfied with his assurance that he will have a son. However, the Kinnar presses him to accept his daughter as well. Frustrated, Manoj dismisses them and turns back to Megha, questioning her about being on the balcony. Megha explains that she was seeking fresh air, feeling suffocated inside.
As the conversation unfolds, Manoj spots a dustbin and realizes that Arjun must have been there. Angered, he confronts the security guards for being negligent and sleeping on the job. He then expresses his suspicion that Megha will go to meet Arjun and instructs the guards to stop her. However, he quickly changes his mind, ordering them instead to use Megha to catch Arjun.
In another part of the house, Alka hands the baby to Megha, who expresses her gratitude, saying that Alka has saved them once again. Alka brushes off the compliment, asking about Arjun’s well-being. Megha shares that Arjun was happy because he had the chance to play with Choti. Alka, supportive, remarks that Arjun will make a good father. She then leaves to fetch some diapers for the baby. Alone with Choti, Megha apologizes to her, reflecting on how her real parents would have played with her if they were in Amritsar. She wonders aloud when their troubles will finally come to an end. When Alka returns, she mentions that they used to take their baby girl to the Devimaa Temple for blessings. Megha expresses concern that they might get caught if they go there. Alka encourages Megha to visit the temple to seek blessings for Choti, assuring her that only the priest will be present.
After some time, Megha sneaks out of the house, unaware that Manoj is watching her. Meanwhile, Alka is taking care of the baby when she hears Manoj calling for her. Quickly, she hides the baby to avoid detection. Manoj enters the room, commenting on a strange smell that seems to be emanating from it. Alka, trying to maintain her cover, explains that the smell is likely due to the room being locked until the previous day. However, Manoj remains suspicious, questioning why Alka and Megha are spending so much time in that room. Alka continues to lie, insisting that she is not hiding anything. Manoj, still unconvinced, asks her to fetch some oil for a massage, and Alka quickly leaves the room to comply.
On the other side of the storyline, Arjun discovers that the Bandipur Utsav, a significant festival, is set to take place in two days. Just as he is processing this information, Megha approaches him, moving closer. Unbeknownst to them, Manoj’s servant is trailing Megha, keeping a watchful eye on her movements.
