The episode opens with Megha urging Arjun to save Manoj. Arjun questions why he should intervene, but Megha insists she knows him well and believes he’s different from others. Determined, she decides to go up and save Manoj, leaving Arjun to choose his course of action.
Meanwhile, Manoj prays to God for peace for his soul and attempts to leap from the balcony. Just in time, Arjun and Megha manage to pull him back to safety. Once grounded, Manoj asks Arjun to punish him for his actions. Arjun, however, accuses Manoj of merely acting. Manoj apologizes to Megha, who responds by telling him to go and get some rest. Manoj takes her hand, promising to never cause her trouble again, but Megha reminds him that his betrayal cannot be erased with apologies.
Manoj insists he isn’t the bad person he once was and asks Megha to recount what he did wrong. She firmly tells him to stay away from her, recounting the suffering he has caused not only her but also her family. Manoj pulls her into a hug, repeating his apology, but Megha pushes him away and storms off. Arjun warns Manoj to leave Megha alone before following her, leaving Manoj in tears.
As they walk away, Arjun questions Megha’s emotional vulnerability towards Manoj, to which she explains that Manoj is mentally unstable. Frustrated, Arjun decides to take a walk alone.
The next day, Mukta confronts Navjot, demanding her promised payment, insisting she wants to leave as nothing is achieving her goals. Navjot reminds her that her task of separating Arjun and Megha isn’t completed yet. Unyielding, Mukta stands her ground, demanding her 5 crores. She threatens to expose Navjot’s secrets to Arjun if she doesn’t receive her money. Navjot refuses again, insisting Mukta’s work is incomplete.
Later, Megha serves Arjun coffee and asks if he is still upset with her. Apologizing for losing her patience the previous day, she acknowledges Arjun’s support and all he has done for their relationship. They share a meaningful gaze, reinforcing their bond.
Suddenly, Mukta interrupts, and Megha admonishes her for entering without knocking. Mukta leaves, and both Arjun and Megha share a smile at the awkward interaction. Meanwhile, Navjot speaks with the blackmailer, arranging to meet him in the garden at noon to exchange money. She accidentally bumps into Megha as she leaves.
Later, Megha reviews the CCTV footage and spots Navjot heading to the garden. She assumes that he is meeting with the blackmailer, so she decides to follow him. When Navjot confronts the blackmailer, she queries him about not having any other copies of the incriminating material. Upon noticing Megha, the blackmailer takes off, but gets his clothing caught on a chair and struggles to escape. Megha approaches from behind, intending to confront him, but is taken aback to find Manoj there. Navjot also spots Manoj and quickly exits. Megha questions Manoj about his presence. He claims that he put on the coat left by an uncle. Megha grows suspicious, suspecting that Manoj has returned to blackmail Navjot. She wonders what leverage Manoj has over him and questions his childish behavior.
Meanwhile, Sikandar knocks Manoj out and secures him to a chair. A short while later, Manoj comes to. Navjot and Sikandar enter, concealing their identities.
