Mera Balam Thanedaar 12th July 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode commences with Bulbul feeling heartbroken as she tries to stop Veer, who takes Drishti and leaves. Bulbul is puzzled by Veer’s actions, as she knows he cares deeply for his family and wouldn’t want to hurt them. She wonders why he is behaving this way and suspects there must be a reason behind it. Bulbul resolves to uncover his plan. Meanwhile, Varadha confronts Sulakshana for deciding to arrange Drishti’s marriage to Vishesh. Sulakshana tries to explain her decision, but Veer supports Varadha’s objections and expresses his desire to be with Drishti.
Bulbul is perplexed by Veer’s behavior and questions why he is holding Drishti’s hand as if she were a criminal. Vaayu asks Drishti if she has lost her senses, to which Veer defends her, stating that they shouldn’t blame Drishti. Varnika tells Veer that he shouldn’t mistreat her aunt, as she prefers Bulbul over Drishti. Vani argues with Drishti for supposedly taking Veer away from Bulbul. Veer asks everyone to stop and admits that he can no longer pretend to be happy with Bulbul. He confesses that he has been pretending for the sake of their happiness, but he believes that Drishti is the right choice for him, as she is a good chachi and daughter-in-law, but not a good wife.
Veer informs Sulakshana that she had expressed her desire to take Drishti’s hands for him, as she believes Drishti is a better daughter-in-law than Bulbul. He mentions that he is fulfilling her wish. Sulakshana acknowledges that she likes the idea of taking Drishti’s hands, but she never intended to separate Bulbul from Veer. Veer is convinced that his plan is progressing as expected. Sulakshana points out that there has never been a divorce in their family. Veer confidently asserts that it will happen now.
Bulbul expresses her concern that he shouldn’t hurt the family in this manner. Varadha reminds him that he is still alive to make a decision and that he hasn’t passed away yet. Varadha warns Veer that he will not allow him to harm his daughter-in-law, as he is aware that Drishti is a cunning person. Bulbul risked her life to save them and didn’t care about her own reputation to protect the family’s honor.
Bulbul appreciates Varadha as a good father-in-law who loves her more than a father. Veer insists that he wants Drishti, not Bulbul. Varadha demands that he leave the house and sever all ties with everyone in the household.
Veer becomes emotional and feels that it is necessary to expose Drishti in front of everyone. He is prepared to go with Drishti, but Bulbul believes she must help him. She falls at Varadha’s feet and asks him to let Veer go, stating that she does not have the habit of taking things from others. Bulbul tells Veer that she will not beg him to stay and demands that he pack his things and leave the house. Drishti tries to follow Veer, but Bulbul stops her, declaring that she has already taken her husband and will not allow her into her room.
Meanwhile, Bulbul confronts Veer and threatens to cut her hand. Veer hugs her out of fear, and Bulbul accuses him of acting to expose Drishti. She realizes his plan and threatens to cut her wrist, but Veer stops her. She suggests revealing Drishti’s truth to everyone, but Veer insists that they need evidence against her, as Drishti will escape again. Bulbul notices Drishti and pretends to argue with Veer, who understands and plays along. Drishti takes Veer away from there.
