Kritika laments her inability to reach out to Preeta due to Nidhi’s interference, reminding everyone of Preeta’s unwavering care, even in her amnesia. Dadi acknowledges Preeta’s sacrifice of her own children, attributing their upbringing to Nidhi, and empathizes with Nidhi’s harsh demeanor due to Shaurya’s incarceration. However, Kritika condemns Nidhi’s actions, and Rakhi asserts that only Preeta, with her intimate knowledge of Dadi’s health, should decide on Dadi’s treatment.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Palki informs Rajveer of his impending discharge. Rajveer confides in Palki about the turmoil his regained memories have caused, leaving her perplexed. Varsha, spotting Preeta, implores her to attend to Dadi, whose condition has worsened. Resolute, Preeta decides to visit the Luthra house, a decision observed by Rajveer.
