Prithvi tries to sneak out of the office but is stopped by Parineet and Ambika. Surprised to see them, he asks why they’re there. Parineet counters, demanding to know what he’s doing in her office. Prithvi arrogantly claims he can do whatever he wants since it’s his office and questions her authority. Parineet insists he answer her question. Meanwhile, Sanju arrives with the police to catch Prithvi.
Neel learns from Malhotra that Prithvi had asked him to threaten Ambika, and it worked. Neeti tells Neel that Prithvi hasn’t returned to the party, and both Parineet and Ambika are also missing—leading her to suspect they’ve gone to the office. The police begin their search for Prithvi.
Parineet confronts Prithvi again, saying she’s been watching him closely and knows he’s here to steal files and data. She accuses him of stealing her access card and demands he return her bag. Prithvi admits he already photographed the documents and sent them to a rival company.
The police arrive with Ambika, and Parineet urges the inspector to arrest Prithvi for data theft and corporate espionage. She presents evidence, including his confession. Neeti tells Neel they must save Prithvi and that Parvati is too smart to let him get caught. Daljeet pulls Neeti aside to share something important—he saw Prithvi in Parineet’s office but isn’t sure what he was doing. He doubts their plan will succeed, but Neeti insists it’s not the time for doubts.
Parineet demands the inspector arrest Prithvi again, but Prithvi protests. Parineet reminds him how he had once “welcomed” her to his office, and now he’s sneaking into hers like a criminal. She says he will face the consequences and threatens to expose him to the media. The inspector takes him into custody.
As Prithvi is being taken away, Ambika remembers his words and stops him. She confronts him, saying he can’t harm them. Prithvi accuses her of knowing everything and lashes out, blaming her for his wife’s death. He says this is personal revenge, not business, and vows to make her suffer. Ambika is left shaken. Sanju and Parineet sense something deeper is haunting her.
Parineet confronts Ambika, urging her to reveal the truth. Ambika breaks down but refuses to speak. Prithvi later calls Ambika, threatening to destroy both her and Parineet. Parineet pleads with Ambika not to cry over Prithvi and to open up, but Ambika remains silent.
Meanwhile, Prithvi is locked up in jail. When the inspector asks if he wants to call someone for bail, he refuses. Neeti goes to check Parineet’s office and finds it locked. She assumes Prithvi has already left. When she questions Neel, he reveals the full truth to her, which makes Neeti extremely happy.
Later, the constable tells Prithvi he has a visitor. Expecting Neeti, he is shocked to see Parineet. She asks why he committed the crime if he couldn’t handle the consequences. She urges him to reveal personal motives, but he refuses and threatens to ruin her life.
