The episode opens with Mannat warning her grandmother not to jeopardize her plans, threatening to reveal the secrets about Ibaadat if she does. Mannat is consumed by jealousy, especially since Hamida consistently supports Ibaadat, the daughter of Ghazal. Kaynat stands by Mannat, as she will soon be her son’s wife. When Hamida refuses to ally with Mannat, she threatens her, claiming that she will not only sever Ibaadat’s relationship with Subhan but will also seek revenge by harming Ibaadat. Furthermore, Mannat warns Hamida that revealing these secrets to Subhan will lead him to expel Ibaadat from their home, as he wouldn’t want to face her ever again.

Later that night, Subhan leaves his room with his pillow and bed, prompting Dua to notice something is wrong between him and Ibaadat. She advises him to resolve their issues before they escalate further. Upon returning to his room, Ibaadat believes Subhan has come to terms with their problems, only to feel disheartened when he declares he no longer wishes to live with her.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Kashif cares for Sufi’s injured leg as he suffers in pain. Kashif shows kindness towards the playful boy, who finds himself smitten with her once more. Hafeez observes the situation and recognizes Sufi’s feelings. Once home, Sufi calls the doctor, wanting a chance to meet her, but she sees through his intentions.

Mannat presents her grandmother with two choices: either remain silent about her schemes or witness Ibaadat’s demise. Hamida reminds her that her vengeful actions could jeopardize the entire family and pleads with Mannat to abandon her plots or risk repeating past mistakes. However, Mannat remains firm in her resolve to ruin Ibaadat’s life and claim Subhan as her own.

Simultaneously, Armaan, Nigar, and Gulnaz enter to back Mannat, as they too have suffered due to Ibaadat’s mother. They face Hamida’s scorn, who warns Mannat that these conniving companions will abandon her once their goal is accomplished. Despite Hamida’s pleas to abandon her revenge against Ibaadat, Mannat is steadfast in her decision and pressures Hamida for her support.
