Surbhi Chandna Teams up With Gul Khan Again!
Surbhi Chandna, a distinguished actress recognized for her remarkable performances in the acclaimed series Ishqbaaaz, which aired on Star Plus and was produced by Gul Khan, is currently experiencing a joyful chapter in her life following her marriage to Karan Sharma. It has been some time since she has appeared in any projects. Nevertheless, Surbhi recently shared on social media that she will be taking on a significant role in the forthcoming Colors show titled Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udann, featuring Aditi Sharma as Apollena and Sandeep Baswana portraying her father, Girdhar.
Surbhi expresses her enthusiasm about reuniting with the team behind her successful show Ishqbaaaz. In this new series, she will portray a pivotal character in a narrative centered around a young woman who aspires to become an astronaut, aiming to protect her family’s reputation.
Through her social media announcement, Surbhi described the storyline as an inspiring journey of a gifted girl. The upcoming series revolves around Apollena’s ambition to become India’s first female astronaut and restore her father’s dignity. However, her quest is fraught with significant obstacles, as her father has been labeled a ‘gaddaar’ (traitor), and Apollena must endure the heavy burden of being referred to as ‘gaddaar ki beti’ (daughter of a traitor).
