Yeh Hai Chahatein : Saransh Assaults Dev !
Sharda asks who can stoop so low to post vile ads about Preesha. Preesha says only Dev can do this to take revenge from her. Rudra says he will not spare Dev. Sharda asks how can a kid do that. Preesha says he is in 12th class, failed twice, and is 20 year old now. Rudra gets more angry and says he will not spare Dev. Preesha says they should think with a calm mind as Dev wants them to do mistakes. Rudra calls police and files complaint.
Dev returns home and finds his dad at home. Dad asks why is he late. Dev says he was practicing for school’s annual day function. Dad praises that his son is quite talented and asks him to continue what he is doing. Aliya follows Dev and asks why did he lie when he is restricted from school.
Dev blames her telling truth and getting him restrictated and warns him to dare inform parents about his restrication or else mom will die crying, says he will act as attending school daily and will not let mom and dad know about it. Revathi walks to Dev and says he must be tired after hard working, she is proud of him. He says he learnt it from her and shows her fake temple flowers. Revathi gets happy and says she prepared his favorite food. Aliya gets sad seeing mother pampering only her son. Revati says she prepared even her favorite food and walks away. Aliya asks Dev what kind of a son he is to lie to his mother. Dev warns her again not to inform parents about his restrication.
Inspector visits Rudra and says its possible that Dev must have printed vile ads, but they don’t have proof. Rudra asks to find the proof then. Inspector says he will ask cyber team to handle the case and assures Dev will be punished. Sharda asks where did this rogue boy came from to trouble them. Preesha says they will not inform Saransh and Roohi about it, especially after what happened with Saransh. Next day, Rudra drops Preesha, Saransh, and Roohi to school. Preesha asks Saransh to take care of himself and visit her cabin if he feels even a slight pain. Saransh agrees and walks in. Preesha notices Rudra angry and says he shouldn’t torture himelf until they find evidence against Dev.
Revathi enters school corridor crying and clashes with Preesha. Preesha takes her to a tea stall and asks her problem. Revathi says she failed to give good upbringing to her son. Preesha says children are influenced by wrong company, so she shouldn’t blame her upbringing. Revathi says she feels good after speaking to her. Preesha asks what exactly her son did. Revathi is about to start when Rudra calls Preesha and informs about inspector informing him about getting some lead in flyer case. Preesha excuses herself and meets Dev. They both visit police station where inspector informs that the flyer was printed via particular printer series and its printed via a defective printer. He further reveals that 7 printers were defective, 6 were bought by families for personal use and one was bought by a cyber cafe. Rudra says he will go and enquire in that cyber cafe. Inspector says he already asked for a CCTV footage of that cyber cafe. His assistant brings a footage.
Aliya meets Saransh, questions about his injury, and says she wants to perform in annual day function only with him. Sarnash says he is injured. She says he will heal by then and requests him. Saransh gets angry hearing Dev and his friends passing lewd comments against Preesha and confronts him.
Dev instigates him and shows the flyer. Saransh brutally trashes him. Dev doesn’t counter attack and thinks he wants Sarnash to beat him so that he can get into trouble. His friends record the video and recalls Dev ordering him to do so by threatening him. Preesha watches CCTV footage and notices Tarun ordering prints. Dev recalls blackmailing Targun to print the flyer and thinks he will destroy Saransh and his whole family.
Precap Principal informs Rudra and Preesha that Sarnash brutally assaulted Dev. Revathi sends Saransh to juvenile jail.
