Shiv Shakti 8th February 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode commences with a dance between Shiv and Vakrasur, culminating in a head touch. Vakrasur, recalling Shiv’s boon, starts to burn and questions Shiv about his condition. Shiv reminds him of his boon, stating that Vakrasur’s loss was not due to the dance competition but his boon. Vakrasur turns into ashes, inciting anger in Shankchur.
Shiv mentions that he had warned Vakrasur multiple times, but his advice fell on deaf ears. He states that those who choose the wrong path will meet Vakrasur’s fate. As everyone chants ‘har har mahadev’, Shiv halts them, declaring that Vakrasur will be remembered as Bhasmasur due to these ashes. Narayan informs Goddess Lakshmi that the universe will remember the story of Shiv and Bhasmasur.
Conversely, Diti regrets making Shankchur the king of Asurs. She discusses with Shukracharya the need for a new Asur king who can instill fear in everyone’s hearts. Shukracharya suggests Rambh as the solution to their problems.
Shiv instructs Kartikeya to dispose of Bhasmasur’s ashes at the edge of Kailash. Despite his confusion, Kartikeya follows Parvati’s advice to obey Shiv’s instructions. Shiv advises Kartikeya to abandon his kingly aspirations and serve, stating that service brings joy. Kartikeya collects Bhasmasur’s ashes and departs.
Diti, wondering about Rambh’s whereabouts, finds him meditating. Despite her orders, he doesn’t respond. She interrupts his meditation, causing him to react angrily. After introducing herself, she tells him that his current approach won’t impress Brahmadev and orders him to decapitate himself and offer his head to Brahmadev.
Kartikeya disposes of Bhasmasur’s ashes from Kailash. Narad advises him to bathe and start anew. Kartikeya declares his goal of becoming the king of Indralok, shocking everyone. He asserts his desire for power over service and retreats inside. The Devas and Goddesses depart.
Shiv reassures Parvati that Kartikeya will eventually understand his mistake and asks her not to worry. However, Parvati expresses her disappointment and withdraws.
In the upcoming episode, Shankchur challenges Shiv to prepare for battle. Shiv responds that he will try to avoid the battle as long as possible.
