The episode begins with a tense atmosphere in the Deshmukh household as Tejas, the eldest son, boldly asserts his desire for the largest room in the house. He believes that, as the eldest, he deserves this privilege. Amused by Tejas’s entitlement, Paresh, the family patriarch, suggests that if Tejas wants the biggest room, he should build it himself. However, Tejas quickly becomes discouraged when he is reminded that he would need to fund this endeavor with his own money.
Just then, Sachin enters the conversation, proposing a solution to the growing chaos in the household. He suggests hiring a maid to assist Sayali, who has been managing all the household chores on her own. Despite her efforts, Riya and Roshni have been less than helpful, leaving Sayali overwhelmed with responsibilities. Unfortunately, Renuka and Tejas do not prioritize Sayali’s workload, dismissing it since she also runs a small business.
Riya and Akash wholeheartedly support Sachin’s idea, promising to contribute financially to the hiring of a maid. However, Roshni scoffs at the notion, believing that Sayali is simply creating unnecessary drama about needing help. Renuka, too, chimes in with her criticism, taunting Sayali for wanting some leisure time amidst her busy schedule. Tejas makes it clear that he will not be contributing any money toward hiring a maid, which frustrates Sachin. He reminds the family that if Sayali cannot complete her household tasks, they will all struggle to reach the office on time.
Finally, Paresh intervenes, asserting that every family member must contribute to the cost of hiring a maid. Despite his authority, Renuka remains unconvinced about the necessity of supporting Sayali. She approaches Riya, trying to convince her that Sayali is only stirring up trouble within the household. Riya, however, stands her ground, opposing her mother-in-law’s views and emphasizing the importance of acknowledging Sayali’s hard work and the potential of her business.
Meanwhile, Sayali is out in the market when she notices a girl attempting to steal from customers. However, she mistakenly suspects the wrong girl of being a thief. In reality, the girl has been following Sayali with the intention of applying for the maid position at the Deshmukh household. Eventually, Sayali realizes her error and decides to discuss the possibility of hiring the girl, whose name is Manjari, and talks about her salary.
Upon returning home, Sayali introduces Manjari to the family. However, Renuka is immediately put off by Manjari’s appearance, disapproving of her looks and demeanor. Sayali, eager to give Manjari a chance, suggests that she should demonstrate her skills to prove her efficiency in household chores. Renuka, suspicious of the girl, raises doubts about whether she might be involved in any unethical activities.
In the precap, the tension escalates as Renuka discovers that Manjari is not even capable of making a simple cup of tea. This revelation leads to Sayali being tasked with teaching Manjari all the necessary household skills. If Manjari fails to learn, Sayali will be held accountable for her mistakes, adding pressure to an already strained situation in the Deshmukh household.
