The Episode starts with Abhinav and Abhi talking. Abhinav says I got everything in my life, life is strange, you get everything when you think you don’t have anything. He jokes and laughs. Abhir and Ruhi make kids. He says hurry up, dad is going to come back in an hour. She says don’t worry, you are happy, you will be with your mum and dad in Kasauli. He says yes, doc man is the best. Abhinav says I didn’t think I will have a wife, a lovely kid, I will become a family man, but see I have become a family man,

so many people love me, they stand by me and celebrate my birthday and get Kasauli special drink for me, you are my best friend, our friendship is different and special, you always supported me, I know you will always support me, I don’t know one thing, why do you say you aren’t a good father, you are a very good father, you don’t know it, I m getting a happy feeling today. Abhinav recalls Abhir and Akshu. Abhi looks on shocked. Surekha and Suwarna ask what happened. Abhi runs. Manish cries and says Abhinav. Suwarna says Abhinav isn’t here, say something. Akshu says that’s Abhi’s car. Kairav says why did they come here. Akshu shouts Abhinav and runs to find him. Abhinav says Akshara….

Dil nai lagda….plays… He recalls them. He takes her name and closes eyes. Muskaan shouts. Akshu comes there and sees Abhi. She goes ahead and sees Abhi checking Abhinav’s pulse. Akshu shouts Abhinav. She asks how did he get hurt, why isn’t he opening his eyes. She asks Kairav to ask Abhinav to open his eyes. Abhi says listen to me. She says no, he is injured. He says its an emergency, we have to take him to the hospital, if we get late then we will lose him. Manish and everyone come. They get shocked.

Abhi says we have to take him now. He lifts Abhinav and takes him. Manish gets dizzy. Kairav and Suwarna hold him. Abhir asks where is Papa, its his birthday today. Manjiri says Abhi isn’t answering. Ruhi says I will call Kairav. Manjiri gets Anand’s call. She asks what.

At Birla hospital, Abhi and everyone take Abhinav on the stretcher. Akshu leaves Abhinav’s hand. Doctors attend him. Dil nayyo lagda…plays… She gets fainting. Abhi holds her. She cries
