Anupamaa : Cracks in Marriages of Anupama – Anuj, Vanraj – Kavya

Maaya checks a list of items she packed for Little Anu’s picnic and asks her if she needs anything else. Little Anu with sad face says mummy. Maaya says she knows Toshu is ill and needs her mummy and hence mmmy is unable to attend picnic and both her parents are sad, they would feel bad if she also gets sad, so she should smile. She tickles her and thinks she loves her more than Anuj and Anupama. She shows handmade keychain with their names and asks if its cool. Little Anu says yes.

Leela while pounding haldi/turmeric yells and cusses Anupama for choosing to attend Little Anu’s picnic instead of Toshu’s doctor’s checkup. Hasmukh says Anupama is also needed by her family also, its just a doctor’s checkup and anyone can go. Leela says nobody can take a mother’s place, Toshu would feel good with Anupama’s presence, what is the use of explaining them when a mother is not understanding. Hasmukh asks Vanraj to inform everyone not to disturb Anupama tomorrow.

Anupama sadly packs Anuj’s bag. Anuj emotionally hugs Anupama and apologizes for letting Maaya accompany Little Anu and him for school picnic instead of her. He says he feels sad more than her with his decision, but he doesn’t want new year’s issue arise again between them. Anupama says he is right, her attention would have been towards Toshu if she would have gone to picnic or maybe not, but she doesn’t want any issues between them.

Anuj asks him to speak whatever is in her mind. Anupmaa says she felt bad, her brain understand, but her heart feels hurt. Anuj says he will miss her. Anupama says she is missing them from now itself and leaves asking him to sleep now. Anuj sits sad. Kuch Na Kaho Kuch Bhi Na Kaho.. song plays in the background. Anupama also stands sadly in corridor. Maaya notices her and closes door.

Next morning, Anupama gets Litlle Anu ready for picnic and asks her not to trouble papa and Maaya, sends her lots of pic, and take care of herself and papa. Little Anu says even she will miss her and hugs her. Maaya walks to her. Anupama says she packed Little Anu’s stuff and advises what Little Anu likes. Maaya thanks her and says she is going on a picnic with her daughter for the first time.

Anupama feels sad seeing Little Anu’s hand slipping from her hand. Anuj walks to her and asks her to take care of herself. She says even he should and send her picnic pics if possible. Little Anu calls him and he gets into car. Maaya sits in front seat besides him. Anupama stands waving bye with tears in her eyes. She gets a call.

Vannraj gets romantic with Kavya. Kavya pushes him away. He gets angry and asks what kind of behavior is this, he is her husband. Kavya says he is her husband and not her owner. She says after whatever he did with her, he has fallen in her eyes and would never raise again in life; she has nothing left for him in her life, no anger, no love, no sympathy; she would rather bear a burning coal than his touch and he feels like a stranger now.

Vanraj says this is real life and not a drama, if her love for him died for such a minor issue. Kavya reminds that he had said that he has no feelings left for her, she realized its possible. Vanraj asks just because she lost her modeling project because of him. Kavya says she lost her career because of him, now she will not let him break her again, etc. Leela overhears their conversation and thinks not only Anupama, even made ki katori has gone mad.

Anuj, Little Anu, and Maaya reach picnic venue. Pass checker welcomes them as Mr and Mrs Kapadia. Anuj says she is Maaya and not his wife. Maaya feels happy and thinks now its only 3 of them from hereon. Anuj feels happy seeing Little Anu happy enjoying games. Maaya says their daughter looks so happy. Anuj says yes and continues to cheer up Little Anu.

Anupama at home feels sad recalling Anuj’s words. Parents asks Anuj if Anupama didn’t come. Anuj says yes and introduces Maaya as Little Anu’s biological mother. Other parents address them as Mr and Mrs Kadpadia. Anuj clears again that Anupama hasn’t come and she is Little Anu’s biological mother Maaya. Maaya asks Anuj is it necessary to explain repeatedly. Anuj says yes.

Precap: Vanraj tells Anupama that he feels peaceful when she is present around him. Anupama warns him to dare not repeat such words, she is happy with her husband and daughter. Maaya walks holding Anuj’s hand and Anuj doesn’t mind.
