The Episode starts with Swarna and Vidya spotting Armaan looking utterly broken. Vidya gently asks why he seems so shattered, while Swarna points out that both Abhira and Ruhi are hurting too—they need him, but his own grief too consumes him. Armaan quietly agrees with Swarna and requests Vidya to look after Abhira and Ruhi in his place. Overwhelmed, he sinks to the floor, drained.
Elsewhere, Abhira stands strong beside Ruhi during her delivery. The doctor announces the birth of a baby girl, but just then, Ruhi loses consciousness, sending Abhira into panic. The doctor assures her that Ruhi will regain consciousness soon and gently nudges Abhira to meet her daughter.
When Abhira sees the newborn—whom she lovingly calls Pookie—she notices something isn’t right. The baby isn’t crying. Manish grows anxious and wonders aloud if the delivery even happened, given the silence. Vidya adds that a baby usually cries at birth. Worried faces surround them as Aryan and others start praying for Ruhi and the little one.
Abhira’s heart sinks as fear grips her. The doctor informs her that the baby is having trouble breathing and gently urges her to see her daughter, possibly for the last time. Abhira, stunned, asks what he means. He explains that due to pregnancy complications, the baby’s survival is uncertain.
Devastated yet determined, Abhira cradles her baby and urges her to breathe. And then—finally—a miracle. The room fills with joy as the baby cries for the first time, leaving the Poddars overwhelmed with happiness.
Hearing the news, Armaan is shaken. He realizes Pookie needs him. Abhira, now deeply attached, coos lovingly to her daughter. When the nurse comes to take the baby for a wash, Abhira requests a few more moments. She invites Akshara and BSP to meet the newborn, and then heads off to share the good news with the family.
The Poddars and Goenkas rejoice upon hearing that Armaan and Abhira have been blessed with a baby girl. Manish proudly calls himself an “evergreen grandfather.” But Abhira can’t help but notice that Armaan is still distant, sitting in sorrow. Vidya tells her that Armaan hasn’t yet come to terms with everything. Wanting to lift his spirits, Abhira decides to personally share the good news with him.
Meanwhile, Madhav informs Kaveri about Pookie’s arrival. At the hospital, Abhira hands out sweets to celebrate. Armaan finally learns that Ruhi has given birth to a daughter. He hurries to Abhira, anxiously asking if Pookie is okay. Abhira softly assures him that she’s doing fine and encourages him to go see their daughter.
But Armaan continues to isolate himself from his loved ones. Manoj, trying to lighten the mood, comments that Armaan must be thrilled to see his baby. When the nurse comes to bring Ruhi to the baby, Ruhi insists that Abhira and Armaan should go first.
Armaan finally picks up the baby girl in his arms. But instead of sharing the moment with Abhira, he turns cold. He claims the baby is only his, completely ignoring Abhira, leaving her heartbroken and stunned by his words.
Precap: Abhira and Armaan bring Pookie home. Armaan gifts Abhira a pair of high heels—but then warns her not to carry the baby while wearing them, catching Abhira off guard with his unexpected remark.
