In this episode, Rohit embraces his son, realizing that it will take time for Ruhi to regain consciousness after her surgery. He hears Arman’s cries and feels anxious. Meanwhile, Vidya and Madhav exchange brooches, and Vidya expresses her concerns about Rohit and Arman’s well-being.
Rohit encourages Arman to express his sorrow. Arman laments not being able to share in Rohit’s joy and collapses emotionally, fearing he won’t be able to support Abhira through their loss. He reflects on Vidya’s curse, believing it may have come true, leaving Rohit stunned.
News arrives that Ruhi has fallen into a coma, shocking both Rohit and Arman. Overwhelmed with grief, Rohit is urged by Arman to stay by Ruhi’s side while he offers to care for Rohit’s child. In the Poddar household, Krish comments on Arman and Rohit’s lack of communication, and Aryan admits to feeling anxious, prompting Charu to tease him about his age. The family reminisces about Aryan’s early years as he vows to play only with the little ones.
Manish confides in Swarna that something feels amiss, particularly regarding Ruhi and Abhira. Emotional, Vidya resolves to keep the family in the dark about the situation. At the hospital, Arman questions Rohit about Ruhi’s recovery, and Rohit regrets having left her alone. Arman comforts him, only for the nurse to inform Arman that Abhira has regained consciousness.
Arman approaches Abhira, who asks about her baby and wants to see the child. Rohit hands over the baby, bring joy to Abhira. Despite his happiness, Arman wrestles with the decision to reveal the truth to Abhira but is stopped by Rohit.
The two confront each other, with Rohit pleading for Arman to raise his child. Arman struggles with the weight of breaking Abhira’s heart and expresses his inability to do so. Rohit insists that his child should not grow up without a mother. Manish, Swarna, and Kaveri arrive at the hospital, where Swarna informs Manish about Ruhi’s condition, leaving him shocked.
