In today’s episode, Arman confronts Abhira, insisting that Rohit’s baby actually belongs to Ruhi and Rohit. Abhira refuses to accept this claim, struggling to believe him. Arman emphasizes that the baby is not just a toy that Rohit can give away lightly. Rohit urges Arman to acknowledge the baby as his own. When Arman demands that Abhira return the baby, she accuses him of prioritizing her over the child. Amid this emotional turmoil, Arman suddenly imagines losing Abhira.
Returning to the present moment, Abhira asks Arman what he was just saying. She lights up with joy when she realizes the baby is holding her finger. Rohit explains that a baby instinctively grasps its mother’s finger, and Abhira sees the baby also holding Arman’s finger, bringing a smile to Rohit’s face. Meanwhile, Manish is trying to wake Ruhi, thinking she is pretending to be asleep, and he searches for her baby. Kaveri overhears the nurse saying there is only one baby.
Rohit continues to plead with Arman to accept the baby, but Arman stands firm, refusing to betray Abhira. He expresses his concern about the baby growing up without a mother, which prompts Arman to consider revealing the truth to Abhira. Rohit warns Arman that if he doesn’t, Abhira might end up in a coma, but Arman counters by asking Rohit what he plans to do once Ruhi wakes up. Rohit hopes to try for another baby after Ruhi recovers, but he expresses concern about Abhira’s health complications. Rohit insists that Arman accept the baby, but Arman believes he can never repay Rohit for what he has done.
Meanwhile, Manish questions the doctor about Ruhi’s baby, only to learn from the doctor that neither Arman nor Rohit had informed him about the situation. Rohit reveals the heartbreaking news to Manish that the doctor was unable to save Ruhi or her baby. Manish is left in shock upon hearing that Ruhi has slipped into a coma.
In another scene, Sanjay and Manoj distribute gifts to those in need, while Madhav expresses his gratitude to them. Kaveri takes the opportunity to tell Madhav about Ruhi’s condition. Back at the house, Vidya decides to decorate the room for Abhira and Ruhi’s baby, but Madhav interrupts with the devastating news that Ruhi is in a coma and her baby could not be saved, leaving Vidya and Manisha emotional.
Kaveri finds Abhira and Arman, and Abhira inquires about Ruhi’s condition. Learning the extent of Ruhi’s situation, Abhira expresses her hope for Ruhi to wake up and resolves to share the baby with her, becoming increasingly emotional as she considers Ruhi’s fate.
