Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin : Pakhi is Dead ?
Virat cries looking at Pakhi’s camera and says she didn’t pose well for even a single pic, now she wants to leave him alone. Sai prepares herself for Pakhi’s surgery and notices Virat in sorrow via glass window. She walks to him and comforts him. He wipes his tears. Sai says Pakhi is lucky to have someone who is shedding tears for her and assures that death won’t touch Pakhi who has such loving people around her. She assures him that she will not let anything happen to Pakhi and will safely return her to him. Virat blames himself for Pakhi’s condition and pleads her to save Pakhi. Sai returns to OT and starts operation.
Chavans prays for Pakhi’s life. Ashwini notices Savi and Vinu missing and gets worried for them. Savi comforts Vinu and assures him that his mother would be fine soon. She asks him to write on a wall that his mamma would be fine soon. Vinu writes on wall. Savi wipes his tears, hugs and comforts him. Chavans cry seeing that. Senior doctor checks Pakhi’s vital signs reading and says there is no improvement, tells Sai that they won’t be able to save Pakhi.
Sai asks him not to talk negative until Pakhi is breathing. Doctor says he is speaking fact. He gives injections to Pakhi and says they are losing her. Sai checks Pakhi’s pupils and finds them dilating. ECG monitor goes blank, and Pakhi stops breathing. Doctor’s team walks away while Sai nervously asks where are they going.
Doctor informs Virat and informs that they couldn’t save Pakhi, she is no more. Virat panics and asks him to recheck again. Ashwini cries more loudly. Sai performs Pakhi’s CPR. Bhavani blames Virat for losing Pakhi’s life. Vinu runs into OT and pleads Pakhi to wake up. Sai gives defibrillator shocks to Pakhi, and Pakhi starts breathing again. Doctor takes charge and after some time he informs Virat that Pakhi should be kept under observation for the next 12 hours and they should see if she will survive or not.
Virat says Pakhi is a fighter and will survive for sure. He sits besides Pakhi and recalls promising her to never let her down and her accident. He says he can’t forgive himself for whatever he did to her and even she shouldn’t forgive him but just open her eyes and punish him. He continues to plead her. She shakes her hands. Virat excitedly calls Sai. Sai asks him to relax and let Pakhi rest as much as possible and let her body respond.
Next morning, Virat wakes up and asks Pakhi if Pakhhi is fine. Virat says Pakhi’s vitals are improving. Virat asks if she didnt’ sleep whole night. Pakhi says saving patient’s life is her duty and she knows Pakhi’s importance in Virat and his famly’s lives. Virat holds Sai’s hand and says he can’t clear her debt even if he wants to. Pakhi opens her eyes and feels disheartened again seeing Virat holding Sai’s hand.

Virat says she is not letting him get out of her mind and why is she feeling bad seeing his and Pakhi’s photo, does she really want him to get out of her life or she still loves him.
