Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai : Akshara Comes Back to Birla House!
The Episode starts with Akshu checking the musical instruments at the academy. She turns and sees Abhi. She gets stumbling. He pulls her in arms. She looks at her. She says I know you have come here for Maa. He says just come home for 3 days. She says even I wanted to stay there for your sake, but maybe you didn’t accept, I don’t want to become your helplessness. He says Maa needs you. She says I also need her, so I will come to give her music therapy sessions. He says few days are critical for her, when she gets fine, I will tell her. She says thanks for offering help. He says just come, I will wait for you. He leaves.
Everyone makes Manjiri rest. She asks for Akshu. Abhi says welcome back home, how are you feeling now. She asks where is Akshu. He says take rest, I will just come. Abhi goes and recalls Akshu’s words. He sits guessing will Akshu come or not. Akshu is worried. Dadi comes and says I had sent food, you didn’t had it, what are you thinking. Akshu says I m stuck between mind and heart.
Dadi asks what is the matter. She says Abhi had come, he asked me to stay in Birla house for 3 days for Manjiri’s sake, its about Manjiri’s health, Abhi and I are getting divorced, what’s mum’s mistake in this, what shall I decide. Dadi says I can understand. Akshu says if I make any mistake, then it can affect Manjiri. Dadi says Akshu has a music class, she wants to go, but she is thinking how to leave Kairav and you, Guru ji said she should go. He asks her to go if she wants, she should listen to her heart. Akshu asks really. He says yes, take Dadi along or Vansh. She says no, your blessing is enough. Dadi says Akshu will manage everything. He says yes. He hugs her.

Mahima goes to Manjiri. Akshu recalls Abhi and her moments. Her feet gets a twist. She gets hurt. Abhi runs and lifts her. He brings her inside the house. Nishta sees them and calls out Neil.
Neil gets the first aid. Akshu says I can do it. Abhi says I m a doctor. She says I know dealing with my pain. Mahima says she made him sit at his feet, I won’t let this happen. Akshu asks Neil to get Jamun leaves. Abhi says you do your herbal remedies later. He twists her foot and makes it fine. She says I will go and meet Manjiri.
Akshu sees Shivansh and talks to him. She says your Chachi will come to play with you later. Abhi looks on. She goes upstairs and sees Mahima. She comes to Manjiri. She says I went to get teddy for you. Manjiri smiles and says its my first teddy. Akshu says then its special. Mahima says Manjiri was sleeping that time, but I will tell her. Anand says leave it.
Harsh says you won’t tell her anything, its about her health, you have to tolerate Anisha, we know your feelings for Anisha after her loss, but you have to think for Manjiri also. He goes.
