Anupamaa: Anupama Comforts Barkha ; Showdown at Shah’s !

Kavya apologizes her baby and says mamma made a mistake and papa got angry on the baby instead. She says it’s common that elders make mistake and children have to bear the punishment, she asks not to get angry on mamma as she is fighting for her/him and not get angry on even papa V. Anupama tries to comfort Barkha and asks her to have food as she didn’t have anything since yesterday. Barkha says only she can’t compromise; it’s difficult to handle own children, forget other’s; she hates Romil and can’t tolerate him in front of her.

Anupama suggests her to throw the pillows and stuff around and vent out her frustration. Barkha throws pillows around. Anupama says she and Anuj are concerned for her. Barkha says Ankush always hits her where it hurts the most, he had promised not to involve his illegitimate son in their lives but brought him here now. She says Anupama had her whole family’s support when she left Vanraj, but she has no one to support her. She hits her leg to a couch and writhes in pain.

Anupama rests Barkha’s head on her lap and comforts her. She says they shouldn’t punish a kid for his parent’s mistakes, describes how Romil must have suffered since childhood with people’s taunts because of his parents, etc., and asks Barkha if she will forgive herself if Romil harms himself due to mental pressure. She suggests to leave everything on time and let the time take it’s own course. Barkha says she will accept her suggestion but will never accept Romil in her life. Anupama thinks it’s a tough road ahead.

Shahs walk out of house hearing car honk. Dimpy and Samar get out of the car and asks how is their surprise, they got a brand new hybrid car. Family stands speechless. Samar asks if they are not happy with their success. Vanraj asks if they took favor from MD who is Anupama’s enemy, this car is worth at least 10-12 lakhs. Dimpy says they took it on EMI. Hasmukh says they are bearing house expenses with great difficulty, how will they pay EMI. Dimpy rudely says they will pay the EMI and family shouldn’t bother. Toshu tells them they took favor from Anupama’s enemy MD, which she will use it against them.

Samar says even Toshu had taken Rakhi’s favor and even stayed in her pent house. Toshu says he was a fool, but they are not fools. Kinjal says whole family criticized Toshu’s move then and asks Dimpy not to interfere between brothers. Argument ensues. Dimpy says Toshu is jealous of Samar’s success as he is jobless now. Toshu warns her to shut up and asks Samar to control his wife’s tongue. Samar says Dimpy always tells truth which hurts Shahs, he was feeling insecure and jealous earlier and now Toshu is feeling same. Vanraj gives him a tight slap and warns him to dare not insult his brother. He demands Samar and Dimpy to apologize their elder brother. They both stand adamant.

Anupama convinces Barkha to have lunch and takes her to dining hall. She serves food to family. Romil arrogantly says he already ordered food and asks his so called father to pay the bill and send the parcel to his room and leaves from there. Barkha fumes that he is so arrogant. Anuj says he agrees that Romil is kid, but his misbehavior with Anupama is intolerable. Ankush says he will apologize on Romil’s behalf.
